CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Win One of Ten $500 Shopping Vouchers Promotion
General
1.
Information on how to enter the 'Win One of Ten $500 Shopping Vouchers promotion (Promotion) and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2.
By participating in this Promotion, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
3.
The promoter is National Roads and Motorists' Association Limited, trading as NRMA Motoring & Services ("NRMA"), (Promoter) ABN 77 000 010 506 of 9A York St, Sydney, NSW 2000.
4.
There are several methods of Promotion entry, commencing at 9am AEST on the relevant date specified in clause 6 (Commencement Date) and closing at 5pm AEST, 31 December 2011 (Closing Date) (Promotional Period). The first Commencement Date is 9am AEST, 29 September 2011.

Eligibility to enter will be dependent on the method of entry. Entry is to open to NSW and ACT residents, aged over 18 years. Additional special requirements apply for the following methods of entry specified in clause 6:
a) NRMA Online Shop Purchase – entrants via this method must have already signed up and subscribed to receive Online Shop e-DMs.
b) Gold e-news – entrants via this method must also be NRMA Gold Members; and
c) Lapsed onto Club Care Members – entrants via this method must have NRMA Membership subscriptions that have lapsed so that at the time of entry they are Club Care Members.
How to Enter

To enter this Promotion, entrants are required to complete one or a selection of any of the following Promotion entry methods within the Promotional Period:
(a) Subscribe to NRMA Online Shop e-DMs

www.mynrma.com.au/newsletter and enter their details to subscribe to Online Shop e-DMs during the Promotional Period including their first name, last name, e-mail address and any other information so requested. Only one (1) entry by this method per entrant is permitted. Each entry entitles the entrant to one (1) chance to win.
(b) Subscribe to NRMA Online Shop e-DMs and make an Online Shop Purchase
Commencement Date: 20 October 2011
Entrants must visit

www.mynrma.com.au/newsletter, and enter their details to subscribe to Online Shop e-DMs including their first name, last name, e-mail address and any other information so requested and complete a multiple or single product purchase where a receipt is generated from the Online Shop (Transaction). Each entry by this method will entitle the entrant to two (2) chances to win.
(c) NRMA Online Shop Purchase Commencement Date: 20 October 2011
Entrants must have already visited

www.mynrma.com.au/newsletter, and subscribed to Online Shop e-DMs. Thereafter, entrants can enter via this method by completing a Transaction . Each separate Transaction will entitle the entrant to one (1) chance to win.
(d) Gold e-news

Entrants must visit
www.mynrma.com.au/goldmembers and sign up for the Gold eNewsletter and include their first name, surname, email address and Membership number. Only one (1) entry by this method per entrant is permitted. Each entry entitles the entrant to one (1) chance to win.
(e) Lapsed onto Club Care members

Entrants must visit
www.mynrma.com.au/winaprize and complete the survey, including their name, address, email, telephone number and any other information so requested. Only one (1) entry via this method per entrant is permitted. Each entry entitles the entrant to one (1) chance to win.
7.
This is a game of chance and skill plays no part. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with entrants.
8.
All entries become the property of the Promoter.
Eligibility
9.
Employees of the Promoter and its Related Bodies Corporate (as this term is defined in the Corporations Act) and such employees' immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
10.
To protect the integrity of the competition, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify, at any time (including after the closing of the Promotion) the validity of all entries (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits invalid, incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries or tampers with the entry process or uses any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows repeated illegal entry.
11.
Winners who cannot be reached within 3 months from the date of draw at the email address, or telephone number provided on their entry will unfortunately be disqualified and the winner will be re-selected.
Draws and Prizes
12.
All draws will take place at the premises of the Promoter, being 9 George Street, North Strathfield NSW 2137 at 11am on 13 February 2012.
13.
There are ten (10) prizes to be given away. The first 10 valid entries drawn from the total number of entries received, will each win one (1) $500 Online Shop Voucher. The voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the Online Shop and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
14.
The prize value is correct at time of printing and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any subsequent variation in the prize value.
15.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part of the prize) with a prize of equal value or specification, subject to any written directions given by the appropriate State or Territory Lottery Departments. No responsibility or liability is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
16.
Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
17.
The winner will be notified by email on 15 February 2012 and, with the winner's consent, the winner's name will be published on
www.mynrma.com.au on 22 February 2012. Only the winner will receive written notification.
18.
If for any reason the winner does not take an element of a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, or chooses not to participate in the Promotion, then that prize, or element thereof, will be forfeited.
19.
The draw for any unclaimed prizes will take place at 11am (AEST) on 14 May 2012, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, and the subsequent winner will receive an email and have their name, with their consent, published on
www.mynrma.com.au on 16 May 2012.

www.mynrma.com.au Personal information will only be used in accordance with the the Promoter's Privacy Policy. The Promoter will also endeavour to provide you with an option to opt out of receipt of such communications. You should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter.

22.
The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as part of the Promotion. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss (including indirect and consequential loss) suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner. This clause does not affect any rights a consumer may have which are unable to be excluded under Australian law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its employees or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the costs of having the prize supplied again.
23.
Subject to the approval of the relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments, the Promoter may:
a) modify or suspend the Promotion if all entrants participating in the competition until that point are notified of the changes to these Conditions of Entry, upon notification of any such changes, the affected entrants may terminate their participation in the competition without any liability to the entrant; or
b) terminate or cancel the Promotion.
24.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

The Promoter has obtained the following permits in regard to the Promotion: NSW Permit No. LTPS/11/00614 and ACT Permit No. TP 11/03064.
