Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within Swimming Pool & Spa Association of Western Australia Inc. (SPASA WA) website and promotional advertisements form part of the terms and conditions.
2. The entrant must purchase their swimming pool from a SPASA Member and have signed a contract for a swimming pool between Monday 26th December, 2011 and Sunday 22nd January 2012. The full deposit up to 6.5% as specified in the contract must be paid to enter.
3. Only original entry forms are valid. Upon signing of the SPASA Swimming Pool Contract, the pool buyer will receive one entry form. The Entry Form must be in the same name as the SPASA Swimming Pool Contract. Entry forms must be submitted by the SPASA WA member to the SPASA Office located at Unit 5, 44 Belmont Ave, Belmont no later than 5pm on Friday 10th February, 2012, when the promotion closes.
4. SPASA Swimming Pool Contract conditions apply. In the event of a contract being cancelled, the entry will no
longer be valid.
5. Spa Pool purchases are excluded from the promotion.
6. The winner will be decided by a draw on Sunday 11th March, 2012 during the Pool, Spa & Outdoor Living Expo held at the Claremont Showgrounds. The first official Entry Form drawn will be deemed the winner. The judge’s decision is final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. The successful winner will be paid the $10,000 cash by Direct Deposit or Bank Cheque once the swimming pool has been installed or constructed and the Shell Payment as per the SPASA Swimming Pool Contract has been made to the SPASA member with whom the contract to purchase the swimming pool was made with. Proof of Shell Payment by the customer to the SPASA Member is required prior to payment of the $10,000 Cashback.
8. The competition is valid for pools purchased in the state of Western Australia.
9. The winner will be announced in the West Australian on Saturday, 17th of March, 2012.
10. Employees of SPASA WA, SPASA WA members, The West Australian and their agencies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
11. If in the event the winner is under 18 years of age, he/she must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when claiming the prize. Proof of age will be required.
12. The prize is not transferable and will only be provided to the person(s) named on the entry form and contract.
Proof of identity will be required.
13. Entry Forms will remain the property of SPASA WA.
14. By agreeing with the stated conditions of entry of the competition the winning entrants will be expected to participate in promotional and pictorial activities if requested.
