Terms and Conditions
Babies Competition

1. Information on how to enter form part of the terms and conditions of entry.

2. The competition is open to all permanent residents of Australia. Cost of entry via the Internet is free. Internet connection rates apply.
3. Employees of the Promoter their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. Fraudulent memberships/ entries will be deemed invalid. To enter, entrants will be required to provide various personal information including but not limited to name, email address, residential address, contact phone number/s, and gender for the purpose of verifying eligibility.
5. A limit of 1 entry per person.
6. This promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the prize winners.
7. The competition entry period commences on 22 December 2011 at 00:01 AEST and concludes on 20 January 2011 (error: should be 2012) at 23:59 AEST.
8. The winner/s will be judged, commencing 20 January 2011 at 4:00 pm AEST at the premises of the Promoter. The most creative/engaging answer as determined by the Promoter will be deemed the ‘major winner”. Judges/Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.

11. Prize winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
13. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), expenses, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with using any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
14. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

16. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars unless where stipulated. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in prize values.
17. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this promotion and for future marketing promotions. All personal details of winning entrants will be stored electronically at the office of the Promoter or its agency acting on its behalf in relation to this promotion. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter. A copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy in relation to treatment of personal information collected may be obtained by contacting the Promoter.
18. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid. Caution: any attempt to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the Promoter’s website or the information on the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
