To participate, purchase a Zodiac product* from a participating stockist to receive your Scratch and Win card. Simply, scratch off the panel to reveal the prize you have won and redeem instantly in store!

We have hundreds of great instant win prizes up for grabs from beach towels and giant inflatable thongs to footbals and backpacks.

You can also enter the major prize draw by entering the unique code on your scratch card.  There are 3 major prizes to select from - choose the one that suits you.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Entry is open to Australian residents over the age of eighteen. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, their agencies and retailers associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.
2. Promotion commences 01/10/2011 & closes 31/01/2012 at 9pm AEST or before, if scratch off cards run out. 23,466 game cards will be distributed through Zodiac resellers.
3. All promotional material, including information on how to enter forms part of the conditions of entry. 3. To enter, consumers receive one game card when they purchase Zodiac branded products Ei, Tri, Tri-pH, Tri-PRO, G2, T5, MX8, V1 and Polaris branded 3900 and 9300 products from a participating store. No other Zodiac or Polaris products are applicable to this promotion. Only one game card per participating product purchased will be allocated. Every card is a winner. Participants reveal a winning prize message under the scratch off panel of the game card which describes the prize they have won.

5. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. All instant prizes have been tailor made for the promotion and there are no replacements available. The inflatable products are recommended for use under parental/adult supervision. They are not floatation/life saving devices and are not to be used for this purpose.
6. Holiday prize (if chosen) is subject to availability and must be taken by 31st December 2012.
7. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any of the prizes featured in this promotion. It is a condition of entry that the winner of the final draw prize may be required to sign a Liability Release in the form required by the Promoter to accept the prize. 8. A copy of, or original receipt providing proof of purchase of a Zodiac product should be retained by all entrants in the final draw as this may be required as further proof of purchase

9. Game cards are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
10. Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid claim. All valid claims for prizes will be met not withstanding that the advertised prize pool has been exceeded.
11. Prize draw for the major prize & unclaimed instant prizes will take place at 11am EST 21/02/2012 at Tactics Marketing, Unit 6/106 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale NSW 2100. The major draw winner will be notified by mail and their name & the prize they have selected will be published in The Australian on 03/03/2012. 
12. The Promoter may conduct a further draw, if necessary, on 21/05/2012 at 11am EST at the same place as the final prize draw. The winner, if any, will be notifed in writing and their name published in The Australian on 28/05/2012.
13. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected claims/entries.
14. The Promoters are not responsible any data or other information related to this program that may be lost, damaged as a result of any computer software or hardware malfunction. Any issues occurring as a result of computer problems will be rectified as quickly as possible.
15. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.  Independent financial advice should be sought by the winner.
16. Entry details become the property of the Promoter.  Promoter reserves the right to collect personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this promotion.  To do this, the Promoter may disclose entrant’s personal information to other companies associated with this promotion.  If entrants do not provide personal information, the Promoter will not be able to enter them into this promotion. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory Lottery Departments

PRIZE CLAIMS

All instant prizes, as indicated on the game card prize message, must be claimed at the store where you received your game card and must be redeemed immediately. Another store participating in this promotion cannot award your prize.

 

Major Prize Draw
To enter the final draw to win a holiday valued at up to $15,000 or Zodiac products to the value of $20,000,  participants must go to www.zodiac.com.au  and click onto the ‘Scratch & Win promo panel. This will go to the promo website where entrants follow the prompts. It is essential that entrants have their ‘draw entry code’ featured on the game card when they enter online. Entries without a legitimate code will not qualify.

All draw entries must be received by 11pm on 20/02/2012.
