If not, all entries by the entrant may be declared invalid by the Promoter at its absolute discretion. A maximum of 5 entries per day per person is allowed.All entries must be placed in the entry box before the end of the Promotion Period. Once awarded, the Promoter shall not be liable for any voucher that is lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.At the Promoter’s request, winners must participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory, where required.
