Terms & Conditions – Register for the Mudgee Bike Muster and Win Competition 2012
•To enter, participants must register for the 2012 Mudgee Bike Muster no later than midnight, January 31, 2012
•Registration can be carried out online by using the online registration form
•The winner will be drawn at random from the list of registered participants as at midnight on January 31, 2012
•The draw will take place at the office of PJ & DFS Pty Ltd as Trustee for the Scott Family Trust trading as Bike Muster, 17 Ashbury Street, Adamstown Heights, NSW 2289 at 10am on Wednesday 1st February, 2012.
•The winner will be notified by Email, Phone, Post and details will also be posted onto the Bike Muster website:
www.bikemuster.com.au •The winner will have the choice of a new GIANT TCR Advanced 3 or Defy Advanced 3 bicycle supplied by the GIANT Bicycle company – both have a recommended retail value of AU$2,499.00. Upon request, a different bike of equal or lesser value may be chosen from the GIANT range subject to stock and availability but the choice of a different bike to those listed above cannot be guaranteed and if the different bike requested cannot be supplied the winner must choose from the bikes listed above.
•Relatives and employees either full-time or casual of PJ & DFS Pty Ltd as trustee for the Scott Family Trust are ineligible to enter.
•The choice of a winner by way of a random draw shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
