Terms and Conditions
1. The Competition is being conducted by Cibo Espresso Pty Ltd of Unit 4,
424 North East Road, Windsor gardens SA 5087 (“Cibo Espresso”).
2. Entry is open to residents of South Australia and Queensland who have
access to the internet in order to submit an entry (Eligible Entrant).
Employees of the promoter, the promoters associated companies and
their immediate families are ineligible to enter the competition
3. To enter the competition the prize draw, purchase any products to the
value of five dollars or more from a participating Cibo Espresso Store
where the promotion is advertised and you will receive an entry form with
a code. Go to
www.ciboespresso.com.au/cibobambino and follow the
prompts to submit your entry including your entry form code.
4. One entry is limited to each five dollar purchase made. Any form of
automated entry using any devices or software is invalid.
5. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and
reserves the right to disqualify any individual or group of entrants for
tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to the
utilization of techniques designed to make multiple entries that are with
making a purchase of five dollars at a participating Cibo Espresso store or
for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of
entry.
6. All valid entries received during the promotion period will be entered in
the major prize draw.
7. The Competition commences at 6am on 28/11/11 and the competition
closes at midnight on 29/01/12.
8. The person filling in the entry form (“the participant”):
a. Must complete all other details requested on the Entry Form;
9. An incomplete or illegible or incorrectly answered Entry Form will be held
to be ineligible.
10. There is no limit to the number of entries any person may submit as long
as they have purchased goods to the value of five dollars or more per
entry entered.
11. Entries must be completed online using the entry form code by 29/01/12.
Late Entry Forms will not be accepted.
12. There is only one winner who shall receive the prize of a Fiat 500C
Convertible. (“The prize”).
13. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
14. The winner will need to collect the prize from Unit4/424 North East Rd,
Windsor Gardens, South Australia, within 14 days of the winner being
notified.
15. The winning entry will be drawn at Unit 4, 424 North East Rd, Windsor
Gardens, SA, 5087 at 1pm on the 31st of January 2012
16. The winner of the prize shall be notified in writing within 14 days of the
draw and will be published in The Advertiser Newspaper and The Courier
Mail on 2nd of February 2012.
17. The value of the prize is $25,600 and includes stamp duty, dealer delivery,
stamp duty and minimum of 6 months registration.
18. The participant will be responsible for the delivery of the prize outside of
South Australia.
19. The participant should obtain his/her own advice as to the taxation effect
of receiving the prize.
20. The decision as to the winner of the prize by Cibo Espresso will be final
and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. By filling out the entry form online the participant consents to having the
information on the Entry Form stored, retained and used by Cibo Espresso
or any of its related companies or affiliates for the purpose of sending to
the participant other promotional material from Cibo Espresso or any of
its related companies or affiliates.
22. Cibo Espresso will comply with its obligations under the Privacy Act 1998
(as amended) in relation to the storage, use and record-keeping of the
participant’s personal information it receives on the Entry Form.
23. This competition is being run by Cibo Espresso under the terms and
conditions as set out herein and pursuant to the trade promotion lottery
licence number T11/2499 issued under the Lottery and Gaming
Regulations 2008.
