1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. 2. Entry is free but only open to Australian residents with a current subscription to Civic Video’s bi-monthly newsletter, ‘C-News’. Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter, outlets and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. 3. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter. 4. To enter, entrants must be a current subscriber to Civic Video’s electronic newsletter “C-News”. Entrants must complete the official entry form online at www.civicvideo.com.au and follow the instructions to submit the form for entry into the competition. 5. The cost of accessing the competition web page and online entry form will be dependent on the entrant’s individual Internet Service Provider. 6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. 7. The competition commences 11th January 2012. Entries close 4pm 13th February 2012. The entries will be drawn at Civic Video Pty Ltd, 110 Bourke Road, Alexandria NSW 2015 on 20th February 2012 at 4pm. 8. The first 5 valid entries drawn will win a Kid's DVD prize pack including Zookeeper, The Smurfs, Surf's Up, Planet 51, Monster House and Karate Kid 2011, valued at $130 each. 9. Total prize pool is valued at $650 (RRP). 10. Winners will be notified by mail or email by 27th February 2012. 11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The prize or any unused portion of the prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 13. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided the entrant may be excluded from the competition. 14.
