The promoter of this competition is Collins Foods Limited (trading through its subsidiary, Sizzler Restaurants Group Pty Ltd, which is the operator of all the Sizzler Restaurants in Australia).
Employees and immediate families of the promoter; associated companies and agencies of Collins Foods Limited, are ineligible to enter.
Entry is open to Australian citizens only.
Promotion commences 9am (AEST) Thursday 12 January 2012 and
closes 9pm (AEST) Sunday 26 February 2012.
Entry is conditional upon
‘Liking’ the Sizzler Australia Facebook Page (
http://www.facebook.com/SizzlerAus).
Entrant must first ‘Like’ the Sizzler Australia Facebook page, then complete and submit the entry form on the Sizzler Australia Facebook Page for their chance to win a Sizzler Stuart surfboard.
There is one prize draw determining the 27 winners, who will each win a Sizzler Stuart Surfboard that is currently sitting on top of the Sizzler Salad Bar in each Sizzler Australia Restaurant.
Please note that each entrant will only have the chance to win one surfboard (the surfboard from their local Sizzler restaurant – which they have to nominate on the entry form).
The prize draw will take place on Thursday 1 March 2012 at 16-20 Edmondstone Street, Newmarket Qld 4051. Entrants do not need to be present. Winners will be randomly selected by computer program Shortstack (
http://www.shotstack.com).
Each winner will be notified by e-mail of their win and will be required to pick up their surfboard prize at the Sizzler restaurant they nominated on their entry form. It is the winner’s responsibility to transport their board away from the restaurant safely and securely.
All entrants will be able to view the full winner’s list via a link on the Sizzler Australia Facebook page (the winner’s list will be hosted on the Sizzler Australia website).
Prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged.
Each surfboard is valued at $645RRP.
All entries become property of the promoter.
By entering this competition, you agree to be contacted by Sizzler in the future for promotional purposes, except if you Opt Out on the entry form.
