Promotion Terms and Conditions
To be eligible to enter, entrants must register their details on The Good Guys Facebook page “Thank you for 100,000 Likes” Entry form. Entries must be received between 10am AEDST Tuesday 17th January 2012 and 11:59pm AEDST Wednesday 18th January, 2012 inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The winner, as determined by the draw, will be awarded the major prize.
Multiple Entries are not permitted, only one entry per household address will be allowed.
There is a major prize of a $1000.00 The Good Guys Gift Card [to be used online] ( “Prize”) to be given away.
The electronic draw will take place on Thursday 19th January 2012 (being the next working day after the competition closes) at Handling Matters Pty Ltd, 1/3 Green Street, Brookvale NSW 2100 at 11am. The winners will be notified by email and by phone on the same day, and the winner will be announced on The Good Guys Facebook page by first name and State only.
The Promotion is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. However, employees of The Good Guys and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to participate.
The Promoter reserves the right to request entrants to provide such proof of identity; age and proof of residency as considered suitable at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries not received by the Promoter or delays due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
If a prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a product of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.
The winners will be notified via their registered email address and contact number.
Prizes will only be awarded to the account holder of the nominated email address used to submit their entry. The winners therefore must be, in each case, the email account holder.
Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Promotional Period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
The Promoter’s decision is final, at the absolute discretion of the Promoter and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Promotion result.
It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the entrant must comply with all the conditions of use of the Promoter’s requirements.
