SAG AWARDS WESTFIELD COMPETITION
PARTICIPATION
1.   This competition is conducted by TV1 General Entertainment Partnership, ABN 19 094 282 021, of Building 208, Lang Road, The Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park NSW 2021 (“Promoter”).
2.   Entry to the Competition constitutes irrevocable acceptance of these conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these conditions.
3.   The Competition is a game of skill in which chance plays no part in determining the winner.
4.   The Competition is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being natural persons who: (i) are residents of Australia; (ii) are not employees, agents or contractors of the Promoter or any of its partners or any body associated with the Competition; and (iii) are not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee, agent or contractor.
5.   Competition entry commences at 10.30am on the 16th of January  2012 and closes at 11:59pm on Thursday 2nd February 2012. All times and dates are times and dates in Sydney, AEDT.

ENTRY TO COMPETITION
1.   Subject to the other provisions of this condition, entry is open only to an ELIGIBLE ENTRANT who, at the time of entering:
•   has a valid, CURRENT, PAID UP subscription to a television service licensed to carry TV1 (“SUBSCRIBER”) or
•   is a friend or relative of a Subscriber living in the same household as THE Subscriber ("ASSOCIATE") who is authorised by that Subscriber, in accordance with these conditions, to enter the Competition.

2.   A Subscriber who authorises an Associate to enter the Competition, is not eligible to, and may not enter, the Competition. A Subscriber: (a) may only authorise a maximum of one Associate to enter the Competition; and (b) may not authorise an Associate to enter the Competition after the Subscriber has entered.
3.   Subject to the other conditions: (i) a maximum of one entry will be accepted per household; and (ii) no more than one entry will be accepted that states the same email AND/OR POSTAL address.

4.   Entry can only be made by internet:
To enter by internet an Eligible Entrant must use at his or her cost a compatible browser to visit www.tv1.com.au and follow the directions there. The entrant must answer a skill question and complete an electronic entry form and provide all details requested on the form, including first and last names, postal and email address.

5.   When completing the electronic entry form, each Eligible Entrant must also: (a) if entering as a Subscriber, provide details of their own Subscription; or (b) if entering as a Subscriber's Associate, provide details of the Subscription of the authorising Subscriber.
6.   All entrants must ensure that their entries are received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late or misdirected entries or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications service or equipment. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
7.   All entries to the Competition may be subject to verification by the Promoter, in its discretion. An Eligible Entrant  MUST, within 7 days of being asked, at the Promoter's cost allow the Promoter to inspect and copy any documents the Promoter may request establishing eligibility to enter or win, including evidence of: (i) being a Subscriber or having been authorised to enter by a Subscriber; (ii) residence; or (iii) identity.

8.   The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an Eligible Entrant invalid and void if the entrant: (i) fails to establish his or her  entitlement to enter the Competition to the Promoter's satisfaction; or (ii) fails to produce items as required by condition 7 or produces documents that are illegible, stolen, forged, reconstructed, altered, incomplete or tampered with in any way; or (iii) tampers with the entry process; or (iv) submits an entry which in the Promoter's opinion is not in accordance with all these conditions.

9.   An entry by more than one person (ie a joint entry) is invalid unless the subscriber's  subscription is in joint names and the names on the entry match the names on the subscription.

10.   Any costs associated with accessing the Competition Website are the responsibility of the person seeking access and are dependent on the internet service provider used.

11.   Eligible Entrants must make their internet entries manually using an internet browser. The Promoter may reject internet entries if it forms the opinion that they have been entered using automated entry means or by use of a competition entry service.

WINNER DETERMINATION
1.   No later than the 5rd February 2012, each Eligible Entrant’s entry will be judged based on the creativity and credibility ("JUDGING CRITERIA"), in the sole opinion of the Promoter, which will determine a list of the 10 best entries in its opinion, of the answer to the question:
