2. Entry and participation is free by way of subscribing to the promoters email newsletter, and is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18, other than the members, employees and their families of Tourism Victoria.
3. The promoter is Tourism Victoria, ABN 18 381 772 530.
4. By entering this competition the entrant acknowledges that Tourism Victoria and other third parties may use the information gathered for promotional purposes.
5. A valid email address must be entered in order to be eligible to enter the competition.
6. One winning entry will be selected.
7. The winner will receive an Indulgence Package for two people at Daylesford Day Spa valued at a total of $590.
8. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in prize values.
9. Entries close 5pm, 27 January 2012 (AEST).
10. The winner will be drawn on 30 January 2012 at 4pm at the offices of Tourism Victoria, 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne.
11. The winner will be notified by email.
12. The winner must claim the prize within two weeks of being notified that you have won. Failure to claim the prize within two weeks will result in a redraw and you will not be entitled to any supplementary prize or benefit.
13. The judges' draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Entries will become the property of the promoter and will not be returned.
15. Entry in this competition shall be deemed to be an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
