We’re a member-owned, community-focussed credit union and continually strive to enhance the communities in which we operate through everything we do.
We believe that by engaging with the people that live and work in these communities we can find out about the issues that matter to them, which will enable us to make the greatest positive impact on these communities. We’ve developed this online survey, which should only take you a few minutes to complete, to get an idea about how you feel about our "We’re Listening" community network (facebook, twitter and blog) and understand the types of things you’d like to hear about.
By completing this survey, you will go into the draw to win one of eight $25 Caltex fuel vouchers!

"Have your say & win! We’re Listening" Survey Competition Terms & Conditions1. This competition is being run by Community CPS Australia Ltd ABN 15 087 651 143, 44 Waymouth Street Adelaide SA 5000.
2. To be eligible to go into the draw you must complete the "Have your say and win! We’re Listening" survey ("the survey") within the competition period. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. Competition commences 5:00pm (CDST) on Monday 16 January 2012 and closes at 11:59pm (CDST) on Friday 27 January 2012 ("competition period").
4. Winners will be drawn at random therefore each entry has an equal chance of winning. The draw will occur at 10:00am (CDST) on Monday 30 January 2012 at 44 Waymouth Street Adelaide SA 5000.
5. Only one entry per person is permitted, therefore only one prize per person is permitted. If a person enters the competition more than once, and subsequently wins more than one prize , a redraw event will be triggered for the second and subsequent prizes.
4. Winners will be notified either by phone or email relying on the contact details entered within the survey. Prize winners will be sent a $25Caltex fuel voucher to the winners’ nominated address within 14 days of the competition closing date.
