Competition Terms and Conditions
The Promoter of this competition Is EZdeals Australia Pty Ltd ATF EZdeals Australia Unit Trust ("EZdeals").
Entry is open to all Australian residents who are over the age of 18 years as at 1 January 2012.
To be eligible to win the iPad, you must sign up to receive the EZdeals.com.au daily email via the "Subscribe today to WIN AN IPAD!" page between 1 January 2012 and 31 March 2012 and agree to all these Terms and Conditions.
There is a limit of one entry per person for this competition.
Any entries that are incomplete or incomprehensible will be deemed invalid.
To win the iPad, entrants must be subscribed to receive the EZdeals.com.au daily email on 31 March 2012 and must have bought at least one (1) EZdeals.com.au deal.
Family members and employees of EZdeals or its related entities are ineligible to enter.
The winner of the iPad will be announced on Monday 2nd April 2012 and will be contacted by email.
The Prize will be dispatched to the winner as soon as possible, but no earlier than 10th April 2012.
Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
There is one (1) Apple iPad which can be awarded with this competition. The competition will be drawn at EZdeals corporate offices, located at level 9 Dudley Street, Randwick NSW 2031 (or any subsequent address).
EZdeals has absolute discretion and reserves all rights to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that it deems is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
The winner of the EZdeals iPad competition consents that EZdeals may use their name and image for the purpose of publicity and promotion and acknowledges that EZdeals will own the copyright of any such images.
In the event that EZdeals is unable to supply the specified iPad for any reason, EZdeals reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of a similar monetary value.
The promoter does not accept responsibility for late entries or any other entries which are not properly received.
EZdeals will not be liable for any damage or loss suffered as a result of entry into this competition or as a result of using the prize.
Any tax implications resulting from winning the specified prize will remain the responsibility of the prize-winner and not EZdeals.
EZdeals will bear no liability or responsibility for any issues or faults of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.
EZdeals decision in relation to this competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
All entrants agree to accept all these terms and conditions.
