TERMS AND CONDITIONS1. Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within the promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The promotion commences on Saturday, January 21, 2012 and closes at 11am on Friday, March 9, 2012. Only entries received within this time will be valid and entries must be submitted via
http://www.thewest.com.au/competitions. Entrants must provide their full contact details and read and agree to the terms and conditions.
3. Subject to clause 14, entry is open to all residents of Western Australia over the age of 18. Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when claiming and collecting their prize. Photographic identification may be required upon collection of the prize.
4. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
5. There will be ten winners in total, with two winners drawn each week. The weekly draw will take place on the following dates: Friday, February 10, 2012, Friday, February 17, 2012, Friday, February 24, 2012, Friday, March 2, 2012 and Friday, March 9, 2012 at 11am at The West Australian offices. Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received by each draw date. Entries that have been submitted in Week One of the promotion are still valid in the commencing weeks draw.
6. Each winner will be notified by telephone by a representative of The West Australian after the prize draw and announced on thewest.com.au/competitions page.
7. Each winner will receive a $100 Gift Card to spend at any Anaconda store in WA within the validity period as stated on the voucher.
8. All additional costs incurred with entering this competition and claiming the prize will be at the expense of the winner.
9. The prize must be taken as supplied and is not transferable for cash.
10. The prize is subject to availability and could take up to four weeks after the prize draw for the prize to be available for collection.
11. In participating in the competition, entrants agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed by.

The details will also be used to investigate complaints, as required or permitted by any law, to enable West Australian Newspapers Limited Group to perform its obligations to you under this or any other agreement and to ensure that you perform your obligations under this or any other agreement.

13. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION ON A WEBSITE, OR TO OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS COMPETITION, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, WHETHER SUCCESSFUL OR NOT, THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TAKE WHATEVER ACTION IT CONSIDERS NECESSARY AGAINST ANY PERSON WHO IS PARTY TO THE SAID CONDUCT.
14. Employees of West Australian Newspapers Limited Group, Anaconda and their associated agencies and immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
15. All contestants release from, and indemnify West Australian Newspapers Limited and Anaconda Group against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
16. West Australian Newspapers Limited Group, Anaconda Group and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion.
17. Entry into this competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. The Promoter’s decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice.
