 1.  Competition commences Thursday 12th January, 2012 9am and concludes at 12noon Sunday 29th January 2012.
 2.  Organiser - LJ Hooker Surfers Paradise on behalf of Orchid Avenue Pty Ltd.
 3.  Eligibility - Entry is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18 at the time of entry into the competition in order to collect a prize in person.  Minors may still enter the competition, but if a minor's entry is drawn, the prize will be awarded to, and may only be collected by the minor's parent or guardian.
4.  Only one prize per person will be awarded throughout the competition period.
 5.  Entry - All completed entry forms are to be placed in the competition boxes located at retailers within The High Street precinct.
 6. Prize draw - One winner will be drawn on Saturday 14th, Sunday 15th, Saturday 21st, Sunday 22nd, Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th January at 12 noon at The High Street centre court area, 3113 Surfers Paradise Boulevard, Surfers Paradise.  The winner must be present at the draw to claim their prize.  If the winner is not present for the draw, the contestant will forfeit all rights to the prize and the organiser will redraw from the remaining names.  This process will continue until the winner is present to claim their prize.
 7.  Prizes - Prize includes 11-inch MacBook Air (up to 1.8hz dual-core Intel Core i7, 11.6-inch LED-backlit glossy widescreen display, 2GB memory, up to 256 GB flash storage, Intel HD Graphics 3000, rrp $1,099 incl GST).  Six MacBook Airs will be given away between 14th and 29th January 2012.  Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.  If at the time of the prize draw the prize is not available an alternative prize to the same value will be provided.
 8.  Collection of prizes - to be able collect a prize it is a condition of the competition that the claimant must provide a copy of Government issued identification containing a photograph of the claimant as proof of the claimant's identity and age.  By submitting an entry form to enter the competition, the contestant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.  Information collected via these entry forms may be used by The High Street Centre Management for future correspondence.  The contestant warrants and represents that all personal information submitted in the entry form are true, and all future information provided will be true, complete and correct.  The contestant understands and agrees that the organiser of the competition reserves the right to make all final and binding decisions with respect to all aspects of the competition, and the contestant agrees to be bound by all decisions of the organiser.  The owners, management, promoter, retailers and their staff and immediate families within The High Street Surfers Paradise are inelibigle to enter.  Maximum of 20 entries per person.  See individual retailers for participation details.
