1. The Promoter is ACN 079 010 772 Limited trading as travel.com.au, Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

2. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
4. The promotion is open to residents of Australia only.
5. The promotion commences at 12.01am (AEST) on 25 January 2012 and ends 11.59pm 13 February 2012.
6. To enter the promotion, participants must submit their personal details including first name, last name, email via the entry form at
www.travel.com.au/greataussieescape between 25 January – 13 February 2012. By entering the competition, all entrants agree to be subscribed to the travel.com.au and godo.com.au databases. All competition entrants must remain subscribed at the time of the Prize draw and Redraw (if a redraw occurs). One entry is permitted per person.
7. All valid entries will go into a random draw which will take place at 12pm (AEST) on 14 February 2012 at Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The first valid entry drawn will win the Great Aussie Escape prize*.
8. * Prize includes two (2) return economy flights departing Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart, Darwin or Perth to Ayers Rock, 2 night's accommodation at Desert Gardens Hotel by Voyages, return airport transfers, tickets to the Uluru sunrise and base tour, and two (2) tickets to the Sounds of Silence experience.
9. The maximum total value of the Prize pool is AU$3,688.
10. Prize does not include travel costs to departing capital city airport (listed above), excess baggage charges, travel insurance, transfers, meals, beverages, visas, activities or additional travel charges incurred.
11. The winner will be notified on 14 February 2012 via email. The winners' details will also be published at
www.travel.com.au for a period of three months and in the weekly travel.com.au e-newsletter.
12. The Prize will be arranged by the Promoter. The prize is to be booked through the Promoter, with all details of the booking to be finalised within 21 calendar days of the winner receiving notification.
13. Prize must be arranged by 31 March 2012. Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking and is subject to blackout dates including Public Holiday periods. No travel permitted during any school holiday period. No upgrades permitted.
14. Should the winner remain un-contactable, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 12:00pm (AEST) on 15 May 2012 at Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
15. The redrawn winner shall be notified on 15 May 2012 via email. The redrawn winners' details will also be published at
www.travel.com.au for a period of three months and in the weekly travel.com.au e–newsletter.
16. By entering this Promotion, the entrant will be automatically subscribed to the travel.com.au and Godo.com.au database and will receive electronic messages from travel.com.au & GoDo.com.au. An entrant may opt-out of receiving any future communications from travel.com.au upon request to travel.com.au and GoDo.com.au.
17. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible.
18. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to the approval of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments.
19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
20. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
21. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
22. Automated entry software or spamming that allows an entrant to enter multiple times is prohibited and all entries submitted by that entrant will be deemed invalid.
23. If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
24. The promoter collects your information to include you in this competition. Use of your personal information is governed by travel.com.au's Privacy Policy and Godo’s Privacy Policy.
25. Winners in this competition agree that their identity may be disclosed in winner announcements and promotional material.
