Starshots Individual Makeover and Photo Shoot Internet Competition

1. Entry to the competition is open to all persons over 18 years of age except employees of Starshots Glamour Photography Pty Ltd and Starshots Franchising Pty Ltd and any of its licensees, their immediate family, the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediately family. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents and in the case of a corporations; its directors.

2. The competition commences at 12.01am (AEDT) on the first day of the month and entries close at 11.59pm (AEDT) on the 26th day of the month

3. Only 1 entry is allowed per person and must be submitted on the website

5. There is one (1) prize to be won for an Individual photo shoot plus 24"x30" wall portrait.

6. The prize is valid for 1 adult, for any Monday to Friday session and includes professional makeup and hairstyling, full studio photo shoot, multiple wardrobe changes, a variety of looks plus instant viewing of all images and also includes 1 x 24"x30" photographic wall portrait. The total value of the prize package is $768.00

7. Judging will take place by the 5th day of the corresponding new month and the best correctly completed entry will be judged the winner. The next 5 best entries for each studio will be judged the runners-up

8. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email and/or mail by the 9th day of the corresponding month and their prize mailed and/or e-mailed to her/him 3 business days after notification.

9. The judges decision is final in all matters, and no correspondence will be entered into. Any attempt to interfere with the fair running of this competition will result in disqualification. The first complete and correct registration drawn will be judged the winner and the next 5 correctly completed entries drawn will be deemed the runners-up.

10. The prize is subject to special conditions and must be claimed 30 days after notification otherwise the winner will forfeit the said prize. To collect the prize, the winner must contact their nominated Starshots studio by the said date to arrange collection.

11. In case of forfeiture, the promoter will then have the discretion to dispose or redistribute the said prize as seen fit and a redraw will take place at Level 1,113-115 Oxford St, Darlinghurst, NSW, 1300, approximately 1 month from date forfeiture and the winner notified 3 days from redraw.

12. A refundable security deposit of $50 will be required to confirm each prize session from your nominated Starshots studio. 1 weeks notice is required if changing session times. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize and/or deposit.

13. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

14. Results will be published on the website www.starshots.com.au and/or in a letter or e-mail sent to each entrant.
