Competition Terms & Conditions





ELIGIBILITY: Only Australian residents and citizens are eligible to win $50 credit on their Parking Made Easy account offered by Parking Made Easy Pty Ltd ACN 154 927 796.
 
Entry into the Parking Made Easy competition is deemed to be acceptances of these terms and conditions:
 
1. All respondents who submit their email at parkingmadeeasy.com.au will be automatically entered into the draw to win $50 credit on their Parking Made Easy account.
 
2. Eligibility will be from 2nd January 2012 until midnight on 26th February 2012.
 
3. All qualifying respondents who have submitted their details within the stipulated dates will be entered in a draw to win $50 credit on their Parking Made Easy account.
 
4. A random draw will take place at the Parking Made Easy office (Level 2, 608 Harris Street, Ultimo NSW 2007) on the 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th January 2012 and on the 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th February 2012.
 
5. Additional entries in the draw will be made for each additional invite that submits their email on parkingmadeeasy.com.au on behalf of the initial respondent.
 
6.No correspondence will be entered in to regarding the draw. We reserve the right to feature photographs, names and locations of prize winners in future promotions.
 
7. The winner of the $50 credit on their Parking Made Easy account will be notified by email is required to collect their prize within 1 month of the winner announcement date by registering at parkingmadeeasy.com.au.
 
8. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
 
9. In the event that Parking Made Easy is, for any reason, unable to procure the indicated gift, we reserve the right to substitute a gift of commensurate value subject to these same terms and conditions.
 
10. Parking Made Easy accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize for reasons beyond its control.
 
11. Parking Made Easy makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prize. To the extent permitted by law, Parking Made Easy is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to, direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with entry into the scheme or acceptance of the prize.
