Conditions Of Entry.

1.    Instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry. The competition is open to all Australian residents who have signed up to be an �Agent� on the Mission: Future Toys website (www.missionfuturetoys.com.au). The competition will commence on Friday January 19, 2012 and conclude on 6pm on Wednesday February 8, 2012. Employees of the promoter and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

To enter the competition, each applicant must answer this question. Tell us in 25 words or less what you love about Tech Deck and all the cool boards.

2.    The contest will be judged where applicable by a panel of appointed �Funtastic� representatives. Final judging for the following contests will take place on Thursday February 9, 2012. Where applicable each entry will be individually judged based on their literacy and creative merit. These conditions apply only to games of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each �Agent� may only enter once. Additional entries will be disregarded. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not redeemable for cash. Winners will be published on the Mission Future Toys website (www.missionfuturetoys.com) on Wednesday February 15, 2012. The judge�s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail. All entries entered will remain the property of the promoter and not be returned to entrant.

3.    Prizes as follows: 4 Tech Deck prize packs will be available to win in total. The 4 most interesting and creative responses will win the following prize: 6 x 96mm Boards RRP $35.70, 1 x Tech Deck Build-a-Park RRP $14.95 and 1 x P-Rod Skate Lab Large $RRP $39.95 Total prize pool � RRP $362.40. All prizes valued in Australian dollars, the promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in value of a prize occurring between the publishing date and date prize is claimed. Promoter is not responsible for any prizes damaged or lost in transit.
