Terms & Conditions - RS Infinity iPad Lucky draw:
1.Entry instructions form part of these conditions of entry. Customers can get access to the RS Infinity program via
www.rsaustralia.com. Customers will need to fill in all the required fields and submit their registration. Every unique RS Infinity account registration with activation will be eligible for one entry into the prize draw. For every registration with activation in the Promotional Period (6/12/2011 to 29/2/2012), entrants will receive one entry into the prize draw to win one Apple iPad 2 (16GB) WiFi.
2.Entry is open to all RS customers in Australia . All entrants must be aged 18 years of age or older. All employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Lucky draw.
3.Promotion commences at 12.01am AEST on 6/12/2011 and entry closes at 11.59pm AEST on 29/2/2012 (the "Promotional Period").
4.The Draw will take place at 25 Pavesi Street Smithfield NSW 2164, at 3pm on 10/03/2012.
5.Subject to meeting the requirements of Condition 1, the Eligible Entrants could win one Apple iPad 2 (16GB) WiFi.
6.The prize must be taken as stated. No compensation will be payable if the winner, or their guest, is unable to use the prize as stated for whatever reason. If the prize is not taken for any reason it is forfeited. Maximum value of the prize is $550.00.
7.The winners will be notified by email/phone and their names will be published on the RS Australian websites on 18/03/2012.
8.The Judges decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees & agents shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs & expenses suffered sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this promotion &/or its prizes.
10.Except with the written consent of the Promoter, prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter has absolute discretion as to whether it will provide such consent and need not provide any reasons to any person for providing or withholding consent.
11.No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes.
12.If the first drawn entrant is unable to accept the prize, a subsequent winner will be drawn. If the prize is unclaimed, it will be awarded in a further draw to be held at 25 Pavesi Street, Smithfield, NSW 2164 at 3pm on 10/06/2012 and the Winner's name will be published in The Australian on 30/06/2012. The winner will be notified in writing.
