3. Offer available exclusively through newsXpress Stores.
4. Entry is open to Australian residents over the age of 17 as of the date of entry.
5. To enter, consumer must purchase either a $29 Virgin Broadband or $49 Virgin Broadband prepaid plan.
6. Limit of one entry per broadband purchased. Stock of the Virgin Broadband is subject to availability.
7. Promotion period runs from 00:01 19th December 2011 until 23:59 24th February 2012.
8. Not all newsXpress stores are participating in the promotion. Once purchase has been made in store, consumer must go online to www.nexusprogram.com.au to enter their details. Alternatively consumer may complete an entry form at point of purchase. All fields on the entry form must be complete for entry to be valid.
9. This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. Entries without the skill component completed and correct will be ineligible for entry into the competition.
10. Winners will be judged once the promotion period ends. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all purchases/entries. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any member for tampering with the entry process or for submitting a response which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
11. Winners will be contacted on 2nd March 2012 using the contact information entered by them at the time of entry. If contact with winner(s) cannot be made, competition will be re-judged on 7th March 2012. Two winners will be judged. Each winner will receive a Galetta Retro Scooter from Torino Motorcycles valued at $2395 (inc. GST). Total prize pool $4790 (inc. GST). Scooter prize includes on road costs.
12. Colours of scooter may vary subject to availability. Prize values are the recommended retail values as provided by the suppliers and are correct at the time of printing.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.
14. Competition is run in conjunction with newsXpress, Virgin Mobile and The Nexus Program. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Persons under the age of 17 are not eligible for entry
15. Competition not available to newsXpress or Virgin Mobile employees. Prize is not transferable.

Entrants consent to their full names and/or their entries being used in all media by Jenlist Pty Ltd.
19. In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners (and their companions) agree to granting the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites, and the winners (and their companions) will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
20. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of that prize.

Nothing in these Conditions of Entry limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees").
