        The Major Prize is one (1) opportunity for the Major Prize winner to participate in the Reflex Take A Year Off Work Game (Major Prize Event) for the chance to win the AUD $70,000 cash prize. Details regarding the Major Prize Event are as follows:

        a. The Major Prize Event will take place at 3:00pm (AEST) on Friday 13 April 2012 at The Swanston Hotel, Grand Mercure, 195 Swanston St, Melbourne VIC 3000 (Hotel) and will be overseen and scrutinised by a representative of the Promoter (Major Prize Event Scrutiniser). The Promoter will provide to the winner two (2) nights four and a half (4½) star accommodation at the Hotel (twin share) (or similar). If any one (1) or more panels reveal a BLUE Reflex ream, the Major Prize winner will win $5,000.00 cash. The Major Prize winner (or Proxy, as applicable) must scratch the three (3) panels without scratching, interfering or tampering in any way with the other six (6) panels on the scratch card.         GENERAL

        Total maximum prize pool value is up to AUD $73,605.00. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. The flights (as applicable), accommodation and return transfers (or fuel voucher, as applicable) included in the Major Prize are valued at up to $2,605.00 (recommended retail price including GST, depending on point of departure if applicable). All additional costs not expressly stated, but which may be incurred in acceptance of and participation in the Major Prize Event, are the responsibility of the winner and their companion (if any). Such additional costs include, but are not limited to, meals, beverages, room service, telephone calls, laundry services, spending money, transport to and from airport departure point, other transfers, taxes including arrival and departure taxes (if applicable) but excluding airfare related taxes and charges, insurance, travel insurance, passports and visas (if applicable). Any passes, tickets or vouchers issued by the Promoter are subject to prevailing terms and conditions of use. Winner may be required to present a credit card at time of accommodation check-in.

b. If the Major Prize winner, once their eligibility has been confirmed by the Promoter, cannot participate in the Major Prize Event, or the Promoter cannot contact the Major Prize winner before the Major Prize Event, then a person independent from the Promoter will be nominated by the Promoter to participate in the Major Prize Event on behalf of the Major Prize winner (Proxy). For the avoidance of doubt, the applicable cash prize won in the Major Prize Event will be awarded to the Major Prize winner and not to the Proxy.

c. To participate in the Major Prize Event, the Major Prize winner (or Proxy, as applicable) will receive one (1) scratch card from the Major Prize Event Scrutiniser at the Hotel and will be prompted to scratch three (3) panels on the scratch card to reveal the cash prize. Three (3) of the nine (9) panels will reveal GOLD Reflex reams. If the three (3) matching GOLD Reflex reams are revealed, the Major Prize winner will win AUD $70,000.00 cash. If any one (1) or more panels reveal a BLUE Reflex ream, the Major Prize winner will win $5,000.00 cash. The Major Prize winner (or Proxy, as applicable) must scratch the three (3) panels without scratching, interfering or tampering in any way with the other six (6) panels on the scratch card. Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. The Major Prize Event Scrutiniser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The odds of the Major Prize winner winning the $70,000.00 cash prize are 84:1. For the avoidance of doubt, if the $70,000.00 cash prize is not won, then the $70,000.00 cash prize will not be awarded and will not be entered into any unclaimed prize draw.

d. The Major Prize winner (or Proxy, as applicable) must surrender the scratch card to the Major Prize Event Scrutiniser at the Major Prize Event in order to redeem the cash prize. The applicable cash prize will be awarded to the Major Prize winner in full within twenty-eight (28) days of the Major Prize Event by cheque made payable to the Major Prize winner or by electronic funds transfer into a bank account held in the Major Prize winner's name as nominated in writing by the Major Prize winner.

No extension of the travel, accommodation or Major Prize Event dates will be permitted. All components of the Major Prize Event must be taken together and when offered or are forfeited. The Major Prize winner and companion (if any) must travel together and depart from and return to the same departure point. The Major Prize winner and their companion (if any) may not accrue any frequent flyer points from attending the Major Prize Event. Travel and accommodation is subject to availability and may be dependent on travel class availability and specific room category availability. Travel and accommodation are to be arranged by the Promoter or an agent nominated by the Promoter.

TELL A FRIEND DRAW AND PRIZE

Each Entrant who invites one (1) or more friends or relatives to enter this promotion in accordance with Condition 9 will automatically gain one (1) entry (up to a maximum of five (5) entries) into the ‘tell a friend’ prize draw for each unique friend or relative they invite in the manner required (Tell A Friend Prize Draw). The Tell A Friend Prize Draw will take place at midday (AEST) on Monday 2 April 2012 at Communicado, Level 1, 554 High St, Prahran VIC 3181. The first eligible entry randomly drawn from all entries received in the Tell A Friend Prize Draw will win AUD $1,000.00 cash, awarded in the form of a cheque made payable to the winner or by electronic funds transfer into a bank account held in the Tell A Friend Prize winner's name as nominated in writing by the Tell A Friend Prize winner. (Tell A Friend Prize). The Tell A Friend Prize winner will be notified by telephone and in writing (mail or email) and their name and locality will be published in The Australian on Wednesday 4 April 2012. All reasonable steps to notify the Tell A Friend Prize winner will be taken by the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

GENERAL

Total maximum prize pool value is up to AUD $73,605.00. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.

The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draws as is necessary on Tuesday 10 April 2012 in order to distribute the Major Prize if unclaimed by that date and on Tuesday 3 July 2012 in order to distribute the Tell A Friend Prize if unclaimed by that date, subject to any written directions given under applicable State or Territory legislation. In the event of any winner or winners in the unclaimed prize draw, the winner or winners will be notified by telephone and in writing (mail or email). The name and locality of the Major Prize winner (if any) will be published in The Australian on Thursday 12 April 2012 and the name and locality of the Tell A Friend Prize winner (if any) will be published in The Australian on Tuesday 10 July 2012. All reasonable steps to notify the winners will be taken by the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

It is a condition of accepting the Major Prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release or releases in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

Entrants can only enter in their own name. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the promotion and all entries of an Entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Entrant produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the Entrant’s identity, age, residential address, eligibility to enter and claim a prize and any information submitted by the Entrant in entering the promotion, before issuing a prize. If the documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or an Entrant or entry has not been verified or validated to the Promoter’s satisfaction then all the entries of that Entrant will be ineligible and deemed invalid.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any and all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant for: (a) tampering with the entry process; (b) for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry; or (c) if the Entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

A prize will only be awarded following any winner validation and verification that the Promoter requires in its sole discretion.

Any attempt, deliberate or otherwise, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the Promotional Website, or the information on the Promotional Website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Conditions of Entry or any other legal obligation by an Entrant, the Entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages and costs.

If this promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster), infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and/or, if necessary, to provide an alternative prize or prizes to the same value as an original prize or prizes, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.

The use of any automated entry software or any mechanical, electronic or other means that allows an Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that Entrant invalid.

An entry and any copyright subsisting in an entry irrevocably becomes, at time of entry, the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about an Entrant to include the Entrant in the promotion and, where appropriate, award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the Entrant cannot participate in the promotion and is deemed ineligible.

An Entrant also agrees that the Promoter may, in the event the Entrant is a winner, publish or cause to be published the Entrant winner’s name and locality in any media, as required under the relevant State or Territory lottery legislation. The Promoter may share information with its Australian related companies or promotional partners who may contact the Entrant with special offers in this way. If a prize or element of a prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then a comparable prize or prize element of equal or greater value will be awarded in lieu, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.

The Promoter, its associated agencies and companies excludes all liability (including negligence) except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, for any direct or indirect injury, loss and/or damage arising in any way out of the promotion.
