Subscribers must be registered by 5pm EST on the closing date of the competition. Subscriptions must be complete, including the successful completion of the email validation process. Winner will be selected by The Essential Ingredient and will be notified via email. All selections are final and correspondence will not be entered into. Entrants must be residents of Australia and must be 18 years of age or older. Entry is not open to employees of The Essential Ingredient or their families. Prize is valued in excess of AUD$1000.00. The Essential Ingredient retains the right to publish the winner’s name. Prize is not transferrable or exchangeable. Any valid store discounts possessed by the winner will not be applicable during the prize evening. Prize must be redeemed before 5 April 2012. Prize must be redeemed outside of trading hours, at a date and time mutually agreed by the manager of the preferred store (or their representative) and the prizewinner. A maximum of four people may attend the event. Prize money must be redeemed in full on the event date and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers.
