Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. Submission of an entry is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
3. Only one entry per Eligible Entrant. 4. The competition commences on 3 February 2012 at 18:00 (AEST) and closes at 18:00 (AEST) on 13 February 2012 TBC MT ("Competition Period"). Winners will be notified by phone before the end of the competition period. Winners' names may be published on the Huawei Facebook page. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
5. Each entry will be individually judged according to its merits on the basis of originality and creativity as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
6. To enter the Huawei Win one of 8 pairs of tickets to an exclusive intimate Coldplay gig with Huawei promotion, Eligible Entrants must during the Competition Period:
a) visit Huawei's Facebook page at

c) complete the entry form and
d) tell us in 25 words or less "If you had a Huawei Ascend, what would you SMS Chris Martin?> OR <If you were at the intimate Coldplay gig with a Huawei Ascend, what would your Facebook status update be?> The best entry as determined by the Promoter, in its sole discretion, wins one pair of tickets to an exclusive intimate Coldplay gig and a Huawei Vision phone. There will be eight winners.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions, who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is fraudulent, misleading, offensive, inappropriate, defamatory or otherwise not in keeping with the spirit of the competition.
8. Any incomplete or incorrect entrant details submitted may render the entry invalid.
9. The validity or invalidity of any entry is in the Promoter's sole discretion.
10. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner may be required to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity form as required by the Promoter. If the winner fails to do so by the time stipulated by the Promoter, the entry will be deemed invalid.
11. If for any reason the prize winner does not take their prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner and the Promoter will select the next best entry.
12. Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter. As a condition of entry, each entrant irrevocably grants to the Promoter a non-exclusive perpetual worldwide license to use, modify and exploit all intellectual property rights in and to the entry and consents to the Promoter doing (or omitting to do) any acts in respect of the entry which may otherwise constitute an infringement of an entrant's moral rights. The Promoter is authorized to use all or part of an entry for promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, whether in relation to the competition, or otherwise. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that the entry submitted is an original work of the entrant which does not infringe any rights of any third party permission and allows the Promoter to use the entry in accordance with these terms and conditions. A breach of this warranty will result in the entrant's entry being invalid. In addition, each entrant indemnifies the Promoter against all loss, damages and costs incurred by the Promoter arising from that entrant's breach of this warranty.
13. If for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the competition is not capable of being conducted as anticipated, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.
14. No prize is transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
15. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all conditions, warranties and terms, implied by statute, general law or custom, excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including, without limitation, negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage or taxes (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss or profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition.
16. Each entrant consents, if the entrant becomes a winner, to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), the Promoter and or products/services supplied by the Promoter.
17. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and may, for that purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to a regulatory authority and for any purpose to which the entrant has previously consented, including but not limited to, future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter.

19. Employees (as well as their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
20. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
