2. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
4. The promotion is open to residents of Australia only.
5. The promotion commences at 11am Monday 6 February 2012 and closes at 11am AEST, 11am Monday 13 February 2012.
6. Only one entry per person is permitted. Should more than one entry be submitted, only the first entry will be considered for the promotion, with additional entries deleted.

This judging will take place at Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000 at 12pm AEST, Monday 13 February 2012. The winner will receive:
· 2x return economy flights to Melbourne from their nearest Australian capital city
· 1x nights accommodation in a Club King room at the Grand Hyatt, Melbourne on Friday 9 March

9. The prize will be arranged by the Promoter. Specific flight and accommodation details, namely airline, flight times and/or hotel, are at the discretion of the Promoter.
10. The winner must be available to travel between 9 and 10 March 2012.
11. Any additional costs incurred by the winner, other than those which forms part of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner, including transfers, taxis, spending money, and any incidental, non room-only charges including but not limited to room service, telephone calls and internet usage.
12. Should the winner be uncontactable by 9am AEST, Monday 27 February 2012, the answer to “what fierce outfit would you wear to an Alex Perry runway show to stand out from the fash pack” that is judged second best by the Promoter will be deemed the winner at 9:05am AEST, Monday 27 February 2012 at Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2010.
13. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible.
14. The prize is subject to availability at the time of booking and, if any component of the prize is unavailable on the dates proposed by the winner, the Promoter will consult with the winner to determine alternative dates on which the prize will be booked.
15. Once tickets have been arranged by the Promoter, changes to the travel or accommodation arrangements are at the expense of the winner.
16. All components of the prize must be taken together as a single trip to be booked by the Promoter.
17. The maximum total value of the prize pool is AU$2,120.
18. The winner will be notified on the day of the judge’s decision by phone and email. The winner’s details will also be published at
www.lastminute.com.au on Monday 13 February 2012 for a period of three months.
19. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.
20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
21. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
