2. The Promotion will operate from 12:01am AEST 1 February 2012 and finish at 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 29 February 2012 (Promotion Period).
3. You agree to the terms and conditions of the Promotion by submitting your entry for the Promotion. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid. Information on how to enter the promotion form part of these conditions of entry. Terms and conditions can be found at
www.aussiefarmers.com.au/kidspottandcs4. Entry is open participants that meet all of the following criteria :
(a) residents of Australia
(b) aged 18 years or older
(c) valid Aussie Farmers Direct customers that have not received a delivery for 90 days or new customers of Aussie Farmers Direct that successfully sign up to become a customer of Aussie Farmers Direct and
(d) that purchase 1 (one) only "Couples Fruit & Vegetable Box" for the special promotional price of $13, during the Promotional Period; and
(e) are not employees of the Promoter or its agencies associated with this competition.
5. This Promotion excludes other fruit and vegetable boxes or pick and pack items or any other products apart from the Couples Fruit & Vegetable Box. Customers can only win once, so if they win one prize they are ineligible to win subsequent prizes.
Process: Customers must complete the application form available at
www.aussiefarmers.com.au/kidspot and then agree to receive a telephone call from an Aussie Farmers Direct Customer Service Representative and then complete the customer verification process and provide new customer sign up information, including but not limited to valid bank account or credit card details; and then place an order for the Couples Fruit & Vegetable Box to be delivered in the Promotion Period.
6. There will be 25 winners of the Promotion. The 25 winners will be divided by state:
VIC - 10, NSW - 8, QLD - 4, WA - 2, SA - 1.
The prizes include the following:
25 winners will receive $50 worth of credit against their next $50 worth of purchases with Aussie Farmers Direct, such credit to be valid for a period of 12 months.7. The total value of the Prizes is $1,250 AUD
8. The prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.
9. Each prize will be registered against the customer’s Aussie Farmers Direct customer account and then applied as payment for the customer's next $50 worth of purchases for a period of 12 months. There are no exclusions on the items that may be purchased that the credit will be applied against, including, but not limited to future AFD promotions.
10. One entry into the prize draw will be automatically issued when the qualifying customer successfully orders & receives the couples Fruit & Vegetable Box during the Promotion Period. Customers can only enter once.
11. The draw for the Prizes will be conducted by a barrel draw that will take place at 2:00pm on Friday 2 March 2011 at Aussie Farmers Direct, Level 3, Building 10, 658 Church St, Richmond VIC 3121.
12. The 25 prize winners will be notified by email, using the email address on existing Aussie Farmers Direct account and via phone, using the phone number on existing Aussie Farmers Direct account. The Promoter will also publish the names of the Prize winners on the Promoter's website (
www.aussiefarmers.com.au). Both notifications to occur within 5 days of the draw.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, banking details, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
