KIDSPOT SPC® Fruit Snacks Summer 2012 Competition1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The competition is open to all residents of Australia that are over the age of 18 years and are members of Kidspot Social, except employees of the Promoter and members of their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion.
3. Promotion commences on Friday, 3rd February, 2012 and closes at 11.59pm on Sunday, 4th March, 2012 (AEST) [“Promotional Period”].
4. To enter into the Kidspot Social competitions, members must login or create a Kidspot Social account.

5. To enter the KIDSPOT SPC® Fruit Snacks Summer 2012 Competition, entrants must answer the competition question posted in the Happy Snacks Group at Kidspot Social: “Share your tips and recipes for getting children to eat their daily serves of fruit and vegies”.

Multiple entries are permitted in each promotion, subject to the following:a) Members may enter once per day;
b) each entry must be substantially unique;
c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
7. Incomplete, illegible and inappropriate entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging.
8. If the entry is deemed inappropriate or offensive, it will be removed by Kidspot administrators at their discretion.
9. At the end of the 4 week promotion period, a panel of judges appointed by the Promoters will choose three (3) winners from the pool of all entries into the competition over the duration of the competition. Judging will take place at Kidspot, Level 5, 14 Queens Road, Melbourne Victoria 3004. The winners will be announced in the Happy Snacks Group and notified by email. Each entry will be individually judged based on originality, creative merit and alignment with the competition entry theme.
10. The three prize winners of the KIDSPOT SPC® Fruit Snacks Summer 2012 Competition will each receive an SPC® prize pack, valued from $158 - $165 (RRP). The prize includes:
2 x Gold Class vouchers valued at $80
1 x SPC® baseball cap valued at $10
Approx 30 units of SPC® product valued between $38-$45
SPC® Frisbees and balls valued at approx. $10
Basket valued at $20
11. The winner's profile photo and details may be posted to the Kidspot Facebook page as well as across various Kidspot communication channels.
12. All Kidspot Social competition winners must:
a) Agree to have their entry featured on the Kidspot Social homepage
b) Be agreeable to the usage of their profile photo and details within Kidspot onsite creative, editorial features and email communication
c) Provide all necessary contact details to allow for prize delivery and communication with Kidspot in relation to the KIDSPOT SPC® Fruit Snacks Summer 2012 Competition.
d) Be agreeable to their contact details being provided to Kidspot (Promoter) for the purposes of prize fulfillment.
13. The judges’ decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The KIDSPOT SPC® Fruit Snacks Summer 2012 Competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
15. All entries must be original and must not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights. The Promoter reserves the right to seek a declaration from any entrant that their entry complies with this clause.
16. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
17. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
18. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a prize winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner. If the prize is forfeited within twenty four business hours of the notification taking place, a re-judging will occur immediately.
19. Any costs associated with accessing the Kidspot website are the responsibility of the person seeking access and are dependent on the internet service provider used.
20. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter, not time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
21. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter.
22. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (and their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Conditions of Entry; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (g) the prize and/ or (h) participation in the promotion.
