Terms and Conditions1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The competition is open to all residents of Australia that are over the age of 18 years and are members of the Kidspot Social, except employees of the Promoter and members of their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion.
3. Promotion commences on Monday, 16 January, 2012 and closes at 11.59pm on Friday, 15 June, 2012 (AEST) [“Promotional Period”].

5. To enter the KIDSPOT Weet-Bix Kids Childhood Firsts Photo Competition, entrants must upload a photo of their child’s “first” or milestone into the Childhood Firsts group photo album, including a creative caption of 25 words or less.
a) Winners will be announced in the Childhood Firsts group at Kidspot Social on the 15th of each month, or the nearest weekday thereafter.
6. Unlimited entries per member are permitted in each promotion, subject to the following:
a) each entry must be substantially unique; and
b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
7. Incomplete, illegible and inappropriate entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging.
8. If the entry is deemed inappropriate or offensive, it will be removed by Kidspot administrators at their discretion.
9. The winner's photo and details may be posted to the Kidspot Facebook page as well as across various Kidspot communication channels.
10. At the end of each month of the 5 month promotion period, a panel of judges appointed by the Promoters will choose two (2) winners from the pool of all entry photos posted into the Childhood Firsts group photo album over the duration of the competition (10 winners in total). Judging will take place at Kidspot, Level 5, 14 Queens Road, Melbourne Victoria 3004. The winners will be notified by email within 3 working days of the monthly winner announcement. Each entry will be individually judged based on originality, creative merit and alignment with the ‘Childhood Firsts’ theme.
11. The 2 winners chosen each month in the KIDSPOT Weet-Bix Kids Childhood Firsts Photo Competition will each win an Early Learning Centre gift voucher valued at $500.
12. All Kidspot Social competition winners must agree to have their entry featured on the Kidspot Social homepage, and be agreeable to the usage of their profile photo and details within Kidspot onsite creative, editorial features and email communication.
13. Kidspot Social winners must agree to provide all necessary contact details to allow for prize delivery and fulfillment and communication with Kidspot (Promoter) in relation to the KIDSPOT Weet-Bix Kids Childhood Firsts Photo Competition.
14. The judges’ decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
16. The Entrant’s entry must be original and must not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights. The Promoter reserves the right to seek a declaration from any entrant that their entry complies with this clause.
17. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
18. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
19. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a prize winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner. If the prize is forfeited within twenty four business hours of the notification taking place, a re-judging will occur immediately.
20. Any costs associated with accessing the Kidspot website are the responsibility of the person seeking access and are dependent on the internet service provider used.
21. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter, not time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
22. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter.
23. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (and their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Conditions of Entry; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (g) the prize and/ or (h) participation in the promotion.
