Terms and Conditions

By entering South Bank’s “Relive the Love” Competition, (“the Competition”), you accept the following terms and conditions:

Definitions and Interpretation
1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the following meanings:
“Participating Restaurants” means the restaurants at South Bank participating in the promotion, namely: Decks The Crepe Café Amici’s Cold Rock Subway DM Restaurant Café Jazz Bar Plough Inn South Bank Surf Club Aqua Nandos Dot.espresso South Bank Beach News Café Lagoonas Cactus Republic Juice bar Great Aussie Sweets Kapsali Cosmos Presto Pasta and Pizza Boost Juice New Zealand Natural Brumby’s Go! “Prize” means the prize described in paragraph 14.
“Promoter” means South Bank Corporation ABN 95 927 817 538, Ground Floor, South Bank House, Stanley Street, Plaza, South Brisbane Qld 4101 Saville Hotel Group Pty Ltd ABN 33 002 563 920 trading as the Mantra South Bank, 161 Grey Street, South Bank.
“Winner” means the winner of the Competition.
2. Prize is inclusive of GST.
3. A reference to a time in these Terms and Conditions is a reference to Australian Eastern Standard Time.
Promoter’s details
4. The promoter is South Bank Corporation ABN 95 927 817 538, Ground Floor, South Bank House, Stanley Street Plaza, Brisbane Qld 4101 and the Saville Hotel Group Pty Ltd ABN 33 002 563 920 trading as the Mantra South Bank, 161 Grey Street, South Bank.

Competition Dates

5. The Competition commences at 2.00pm on 10 February 2012 and finishes at 5.00pm on 29 February 2012. All entries must be received by the closing date. Late entries will not be accepted.

Who can enter
6. Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18 years.
7. Entry must be by an individual, not a company or other organisation.
8. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter and any agencies, firms and/or companies associated with the Competition (including suppliers of the Prize) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How to enter
9. To enter the Competition, you must dine at any of the participating restaurants over the competition period, go to the competition web site, http://www.vistisouthbank.com.au/love and follow the directions on that page. Each entry must contain your name, email address, postal address and a daytime telephone number. If you do not supply all of the required information, your entry will be deemed invalid. You must retain your dining receipt for proof of purchase and you may be asked to produce the receipt when claiming the Prize.
10. You may submit one entry for each occasion that you dine at a participating restaurant over the competitor period.
11. Any person who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process or these terms and conditions is not eligible to win.
Selection of the Winner and Prize
12. Valid entries will go into a draw. The Promoter will draw the Winner at random on 7th March 2012 and the Winner will be contacted by email.
Prize
13. There is one prize. The prize is:
(a) Dinner for two to the value of $200 at one of the Participating Restaurants;
(b) Special Gift pack from MySweetopia (valued at $50)
(c) One night for two at Mantra South Bank including breakfast, late checkout and parking (valued at $350) (subject to availability)
14. The Winner must contact South Bank Corporation on (07) 3867 2115 for booking information, availability and terms and conditions of use of the Prize. If the Winner does not use the Prize by 30 April 2012, the Winner will be disqualified and a further draw will take place to select a runner up winner. The runner up winner will be contacted by phone on 30 April 2012.
15. Decisions of the Promoter are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Your warranties
16. By entering the Competition, you warrant that:
a. The details contained in and with your entry are true and correct;
b. You have all necessary rights and licenses to enable you to accept these Terms and Conditions and grant the rights contained in these Terms and Conditions to the Promoter;
c. If the Promoter exercises the rights contained in these Terms and Conditions, it will not infringe the rights of any third parties.
17. You indemnify the Promoter against any loss, damage or claim for compensation resulting from your breach of any of the warranties contained in Condition 17.
General
18. The Prize is not transferable, negotiable or redeemable for cash.
19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or for any technical difficulties or periods of unavailability of the entry mechanism.
20. The Promoter makes no representation or warranty as to the quality of the goods or services provided by the Participating Restaurants.
21. Once submitted, your entry is the property of the Promoter and it will not be returned to you. You grant the Promoter and its licensees and assignees a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to exercise, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, all rights in perpetuity in your entry and the contents of it, including images. This licence includes all necessary rights to allow the Promoter to display, distribute, reproduce and create derivatives of the content, in whole or in part, without further review or consent from you, to the public throughout the world on any media platform.
22. Subject to the Promoter’s privacy policy at www.southbankcorporation.com.au/privacy and www.mantra.com.au/privacy/ respectively, you agree that the Promoter can use your entry and personal details for the Promoter’s promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media without notice and without any fee being paid to you.
23. You agree to be contacted by the Promoter about the Competition and to participate in the Promoter’s publicity activities as reasonably requested, including being photographed by the Promoter for use by the Promoter in future marketing and promotional activities, without any fee being paid to you.
24. You agree that by submitting your entry, you will be entered into and registered on each of the Promoter’s database so that you can receive regular updates, marketing and promotional material from the Promoter and you agree to the Promoter’s privacy policy at www.southbankcorporation.com.au/privacy and www.mantra.com.au/privacy/ respectively. There is no fee for this subscription.
