TWININGS YEAR’S SUPPLY OF TEA FACEBOOK
PROMOTION
(Game of Skill)
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
PARTICIPATION
1. This promotion (“Promotion”) is conducted by AB Food & Beverages
Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 93 100 637 849, of 35-37 South Corporate Ave,
Rowville VIC 3178 (“Promoter”).
2. The Promotion is a game of skill in which chance plays no part.
3. Entry to the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
4. The Competition is only open to Eligible Entrants. An "Eligible Entrant"
is an individual who, at the time of entry: (i) is a resident of Australia
aged 18 years of age, or older; (ii) is not an employee of the Promoter or
any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with
the Competition; and (iv) is not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child
or sibling (whether full, half, step or by adoption) of such an employee.
5. Promotion entry opens at 00:01 hrs on 27/01/2012 and ends at 23:59
hrs on 16/2/12
("Entry Period"). All times and dates are times and dates
in Melbourne which may be AEST or AEDT depending on the date.

6. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or
associated with, Facebook.
7. By entering the Promotion, each entrant releases Facebook, Inc from
any and all liability to the entrant arising in any way from the conduct of
the Promotion.
8. All information provided by an entrant is provided to the Promoter and
not to Facebook.
ENTRY TO THE PROMOTION
9. To enter the Competition, an Eligible Entrant must have a current
Facebook Account.
10. An Eligible Entrant may submit no more than one entry.
11. To submit an entry, an entrant must, during the Entry Period, use a
compatible browser to visit www.facebook.com/twiningsau and follow
the directions there to:
(i) “like” the official Twinings Australia Facebook page (if the entrant
is not already a Facebook “Fan” of TWININGS);
(ii) select the “Win a Year’s Supply of TWININGS Tea” tab and
access the Promotion application; and
(iii) in the Promotion application:
(a) provide the requested details, including: their first name, last
name, State/Territory, postcode, current and valid email
address; and
(b) in 25 words, or less, describe a how a year’s supply of
TWININGS tea will help the entrant enjoy every day
(the
“Statement”) (A Year’s supply of TWININGS tea comprises
2,190 teabags – 6 a day)
12. Each entrant's Statement must:
(i) be original and must have been written by the entrant;
(ii) not be offensive or be likely to cause offence to other persons;
(iii) be free of any claims, including copyright claims, by other parties;
and
(iv) not have been published previously or have won a prize or award
in any other competition.
13. By entering this Competition, each entrant:
(i) authorises the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their
agencies, without any restriction or royalty, to: (i) use the entrant's
Statement (including in an edited form) in material and on the
internet promoting the Promoter's products and/or those of its
related bodies corporate; and (ii) contact the entrant regarding
their entry;
(ii) warrants that he/she is entitled to authorise the Promoter to use
the Statement as permitted by these conditions;
(iii) warrants that the Promoter's use of the Statement as permitted by
these conditions will not infringe any rights (including without
limitation any rights in copyright and any rights in respect of
reputation) of any person; and
(iv) indemnifies the Promoter and all its related bodies corporate,
contractors and personnel ("Indemnified Persons") from and
against all losses, damage, claims (on any and all grounds), costs
or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that any of them
may suffer as a result of any breach of conditions 13(i), 13(ii) or
13(iii).
14. The Promoter may decline to judge an entrant’s Statement if, in the
Promoter's opinion, the Statement contains any material which may:
(i) cause offence to any person or group of persons;
(ii) infringe the rights (including intellectual property rights,
performer's rights or rights of reputation) of any person, whether
as a result of being communicated to the public or otherwise; or
(iii) promote or depict illegal or negligent activity.
15. All entrants must ensure that their entries are received by the Promoter
during the Entry Period. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late or
misdirected entries or for any delays or failures in any delivery service or
equipment.
16. All entries to the Promotion may be subject to verification and
confirmation by the Promoter. An entrant MUST deliver to the Promoter
(by a means determined by the Promoter) copies of any documents the
Promoter may request establishing eligibility to enter or win, including
evidence of age, residence or identity. The Promoter may make one or
more requests for such documents. Once the identity of documents
available is established, an entrant must deliver requested copies within
7 days of being asked to do so. At the Promoter's request, an entrant
MUST also, within 7 days of being asked, allow the Promoter to inspect
and copy the original of any such document.
17. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries
made by an entrant invalid if the entrant: (i) fails to establish their
entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter's satisfaction; or (ii)
fails to produce items as required by condition 16 or produces items
that, in the Promoter's opinion, are illegible, stolen, forged,
reconstructed, altered, incomplete or tampered with in any way; or (iii) in
the Promoter's opinion, tampers with the entry process or benefits from
such tampering; or (iv) in the Promoter's opinion, submits an entry which
is not in accordance with these conditions.
JUDGING AND PRIZES
18. No later than [23/2/12], the Promoter will judge the Statement in the
entries received. In each entry, the Statement will be judged on
creativity (the “Judging Criterion”).
19. Subject to these conditions:
(i) the Eligible Entrant who submitted the entry that included the
Statement that is judged to be the best according to the Judging
Criterion, will win the Major Prize; and
(ii) the Eligible Entrants who submitted the entries that included the
Statements that are judged to be the next thirty best according to
the Judging Criterion, will each win one Runner-Up Prize.
20. In order to be entitled to a prize, the Winner, if requested by the
Promoter, must also agree to, sign and return by the date specified, an
eligibility form confirming their compliance with the Conditions and
eligibility to accept the prize.
21. The Major Prize is valued at $800 and comprises:
(i) 2,190 TWININGS teabags (the Promoter to select the blends);
(ii) a $500 Coles or Woolworths gift card [the winner may choose
whether this is for Coles or Woolworths]; and
(iii) a limited edition tea storage tin.
22. Each Runner-up Prize is valued at $30 and comprises a limited edition
TWININGS Australian Afternoon Tea storage tin and a 100 pack (200g)
of TWININGS Australian Afternoon Tea.

23. A winner’s right to receive a prize is not transferable or exchangeable
and cannot be taken as a monetary payment.
24. If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter
will, in its absolute discretion, substitute alternative goods or services of
no lesser retail value and/or specification. The Promoter accepts no
other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by the winner or any
other party if the prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason.
GENERAL
25. If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Promotion is interfered
with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures,
natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer bugs or
viruses, tampering or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right
to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Promotion.
26. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for: (i) any error, omission,
interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any
communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any entrant, (ii) any theft,
destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of such
communications; (iii) any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any
computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the
Promotion; (iv) any incorrect or incomplete information which may be
communicated in the course of the administering this Promotion
(whether as a result of one of the foregoing causes or otherwise).
27. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO ANY WEBSITE
OR THE INFORMATION ON ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH
THIS PROMOTION OR TO OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE FAIR
AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS COMPETITION MAY BE A
VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. THE PROMOTER
RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE EVENT THAT ANY SUCH
ATTEMPT IS MADE, WHETHER OR NOT THAT ATTEMPT RESULTS
IN ANY SUCH DAMAGE, INTERFERENCE OR UNDERMINING.
28. All of the Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be
entered into.
29. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a
result of an entrant participating in the Promotion. Entrants should
obtain independent tax and financial advice.
30. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated
companies and agencies and any of their personnel (the "Relevant
Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim,
injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible
Entrant in connection with the Promotion or Prize, including: (i) any
indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the
negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or
death. Nothing in these conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or
modify an entrant’s rights under the Competition and Consumer Act
2010.
31. The winner consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image
and/or voice (including any photograph, film and/or recording of them) in
any media at any time or times without remuneration for the purpose of
promoting this Promotion, the Promoter and/or any of the Promoter's
products.
32. Entrants' personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the
Promoter to enable it to administer the Promotion and publicise its
winners and, if an entrant consents, may be used to market its products
to the entrant. The personal information of each winner may be provided
to others assisting in the conduct of the Promotion, including the
Promotion administrator, prize suppliers and deliverers. Persons may
contact the Promoter at the address in condition 1 to request access to,
or corrections of, any of their collected personal information that is held
by the Promoter. If an entrant does not provide accurate personal
information the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win
a prize.
