Entry into this promotion is open to all Australian residents aged 12 years and over. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter. Employees of MCM Media, Australian Defence Force Academy, Defence Force Recruiting and their immediate families, associated agencies of MCM Media and companies associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. Any person who within 365 days prior to the day on which the promotion first commenced has won a prize in value which is greater than or equal to $100 from another MCM Media promotion is not eligible to enter.
The competition commences on Monday 13 February 2012 at 12:00 (AEDT) and registration commences at this time. A
ll registrations must be received by 12:00 (AEDT) on Monday 12 March 2012. To enter the promotion, Entrants must:

successfully complete a simple interactive game; and
complete all of the required data entry fields on the entry form. Entrants will be required to leave their details including name, date of birth, address, state, phone number and e-mail address. One complete and valid registration will provide the entrant one entry.
Incomplete, incorrect and incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.
Only one complete online registration will be accepted per day (midnight to midnight) from the same person. Multiple registrations in the same day will not provide multiple entries.
To successfully enter the competition, an entrant must enter their own personal details into the competition. If an entry is entered on behalf of the participant by a third party, then that entry will be invalidated.
Entries must be received by 12:00 (AEDT) on Monday 12 March 2012. The time of entry will in each case be the time the online is received by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected due to technical disruptions or any other failure, network congestion or for any other reason.
The cost of accessing the promotional website will be dependent on the entrant's individual Internet Service Provider and the responsibility of the entrant.
Instant Win Prizes: 270 x Instant win prizes will be available to random valid entrants during the promotional period. Participants will be notified online (via e-mail) if they are an instant winner and what prize they have won. Entrants consent to receiving this electronic message. Instant winners will be issued a 6 digit unique Prize Claim Number as determined by the Salmat IDR Pty Limited Instant Win system. The unique 6 digit Prize Claim Number will need to be recorded by the participant for prize verification purposes. In the event of any dispute with the Promoter, or at the Promoter's request, Instant Winners will be required to correctly quote their unique Prize Claim Number to be awarded their prize. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the awarding of an instant win prize to a participant who cannot provide a valid, unique Prize Claim Number or does not meet the age restriction requirements. Any unclaimed or un-verified prizes will be awarded during the second chance draw.
At the conclusion of the competition all entrants will be entered into a second chance draw to win any un-won prizes. The draw will take place at the premises of Salmat IDR Pty Limited, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 at 11:30am (AEDT) on Tuesday 13 March 2012. All winners will be notified in writing within two days of this draw date. The winners of prizes valued over $250 will be published in the public notices section of The Australian Newspaper on Tuesday 20 March 2012.
The Promoter shall conduct such further draws as may be necessary at Salmat IDR Pty Limited, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 at 11:30am (AEST) on Wednesday 27 June 2012 to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date subject to State Regulation. Any Winners will be notified in writing within two days of this draw date. Any winners of prizes valued over $250 will be published in the public notices section of The Australian Newspaper on Wednesday 4 July 2012.

Only one prize per household will be awarded (excluding SA residents). In the event that an entrant wins more than one instant prize, the first instant prize won will be awarded and the remaining prizes will be drawn in the second chance prize draw.
If any particular draw is scheduled on a public holiday, the draw will be conducted on the following business day.
Prizes will be awarded to person named in the entry. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
All prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If the prizes are unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of similar value subject to state regulation.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Once prizes have left the Promoter's premises, MCM Media and each of their related bodies corporate, associated agencies, and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for any delay in delivery, or prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of that prize.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier's requirements.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.
Programming and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these conditions of entry, all existing claims for prizes and entitlements to claims will be met notwithstanding the advertised prize pool has been exceeded.
In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner hereby assigns to the Promoter all right, title and interest in and to all copyright in any material created pursuant to the winner's participation in any aspect of the prize (Works). The winner acknowledges that the Promoter is free to use the Works and to exercise its rights in relation thereto and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
The Promoter and each of their related bodies corporate, associated agencies and companies associated with this promotion will not be liable for (a) any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion; (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (e) or accepting or taking of prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
Should an entrant's contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to request entrants and/or winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address, and/or proof of entry validity. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that an entrant or winner cannot provide suitable proof of identity, the entrant or winner will forfeit their entry/prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about the entrant to enable them to participate in this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) but no further use of this information will be made without prior consent. Entrant's personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. For purposes of public statements and advertisements the Promoter will only publish the winner's surname, initial and state. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to state regulation.
STANDARD OPT-IN: All entries become the property of The Promoter and Defence Force Recruiting. All opt-in entries will be entered into a database and The Promoter and or the Defence Force Recruiting may use the entrant's names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant. By opting-in, entrants confirm that they allow their details to be used for this purpose. If entrants no longer consent to their details being used for future marketing purposes, the entrant should contact The Promoter on their details set out below. Any request to update, modify or delete the entrant's details should be directed to The Promoter.
In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders it's determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state regulation.
The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
