Terms and Conditions of Promotion:
The Promoter is Quatius Australia Pty Ltd, (ABN 90 130 310 048), 178 Boundary Road, Braeside, VIC 3195 trading as SONIQ ("Promoter").
Entry into the Promotion is free and open to Australian residents. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
By entering this Promotion, the entrant also agrees to become a member of the SONIQ Club Program. Please read the terms and conditions that apply to the SONIQ Club Program. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the SONIQ Club Program, do not enter this Promotion.
The Promotion commences 9.00am Friday, 21 October 2011 and closes 9.00am Monday, 31 December 2012. Entries submitted after 9.00am on 31 December 2012 will not be accepted.
The Promotion is divided into 52 weeks, from 9.00am Friday to 9.00am the following Friday ("Week"). To enter, entrants must go to the Promoter's website at <
www.soniq.com.au> and complete the on-line entry form,
including telling the Promoter in 50 words or less why the entrant loves SONIQ products. Incomplete or ineligible entries will be invalid. All valid entries will be eligible for the judging. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who is found to have tampered with the entry process or submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entries in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
Each entrant must only enter once per Week.
Entries for each Week will be judged on the Friday following the Week at 178 Boundary Road, Braeside, VIC 3195.
Each Week, the entrant submitting the most interesting or creative reason why they love SONIQ products in 50 words or less during that Week as judged by the Promoter's Judging Panel will win a SONIQ 10" Portable Bluray Disc Player valued at
$299.00. The prize value is based upon the recommended retail price at the time that this Promotion commenced (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between the commencement and end of the Promotion.
If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the prize will be substituted for a prize of equal or greater value.
The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in selecting the winners. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize winners for each Week will be listed on the Promoter's website at <
www.soniq.com.au> and facebook page at <
www.facebook.com/soniqaustralia> by 5.00pm each Friday following that Week.
If the winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.
If any winners cannot be contacted or if attempted delivery of a prize has not been accepted within 1 month of the draw, the relevant entry or entries will be deemed invalid and the prizes will be awarded to the next most interesting or creative entry for that Week as deemed by the Promoter's Judging Panel.
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions of any relevant authority.
No responsibility is accepted for misdirected, late, lost or delayed entries, whether due to error, omission, alteration, deletion, theft, destruction or delay.
The Promoter reserves the right to request a prize winner to provide proof of identity prior to awarding a prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. If a winner cannot provide the required proof of identification, he/she forfeits all prize entitlements and the prize will be awarded to the next most interesting entry in the same Week as deemed by the Promoter's Judging Panel.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any claim, loss, damage, injury, cost or expense suffered sustained or incurred (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion and/or its prizes. The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion is final.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought by winners.
Entrants' personal information ("PI") will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this Promotion and to contact its winners. By entering this Promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use and disclose the entrants' PI to its employees, agents and related companies for future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes and without any reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. In certain circumstances, the PI of winners will be provided to authorities that regulate this Promotion. A request to access, update or correct any PI held should be directed to the Promoter at the address given above. If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested PI, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a prize.
