The Siren Tower are inviting fans, film makers, animators, photographers, performance artists, dancers, basically anyone with a camera to create a video accompaniment for the band's new single All Things Will Change. It can be a traditional film-clip or something completely experimental, the content is up to you!The competition opens on Monday, February 6th and closes midnight, Friday, March 30.

The members of The Siren Tower will watch all entries before choosing a winning entry. The winner will receive a $500 cash award. The winning video will also be uploaded to the band's official YouTube channel.
The winner will be announced on the band's Facebook page on Monday, April 16.

Terms and Conditions for The Siren Tower video competitionThe rules listed below form the terms and conditions of the competition. Please note that by submitting an entry (electronically), you are deemed to have agreed to and accepted these rules. This competition is administered by The Siren Tower.
1. Entrants may only enter the competition online and by submitting their audio visual recording ("video") of the track by The Siren Tower entitled " All Things Will Change " (the "Track") in accordance with the instructions set out on the Siren Tower website (the "Site"). Costs to enter the competition via the Internet may vary so please check with your network operator for current standard charges. Before entering the contest, entrants should obtain the permission of the person paying the bill to which such costs will be automatically charged.
2. The closing date for entries is midnight (AEST) on Friday 30th March.
3. This competition is open to entrants from all countries and of any age excluding employees and immediate relatives of The Siren Tower.
4. Entrants under 18 should obtain parental or guardians permission before entering.
5. Unlimited entries per person are allowed, but each entry must include name, age, address (including postcode), email address and telephone number of entrant and a copy of the video recorded by that entrant.
6. Entrants acknowledge that all copyright and other rights in the Track are solely and exclusively owned by The Siren Tower and nothing herein shall be construed so as to grant the entrants any copyright in or to the Track. The entrant guarantees that the contents of the video will not be obscene defamatory.
7. Each video shall be a visual representation of the Track and each entrant is granted the limited right to synchronise the Track in timed relation with their own visual recording for the sole purpose of entering this competition and for no other purpose whatsoever. Entrants must not use, exploit or disseminate the video in any way outside this competition, when the Track is part of the video or is its soundtrack. This shall not prevent the Entrant from using the visual only element (subject to any consents that may be necessary).
8. Each video must be the original creation and work of the entrant, in its entirety. Entrants must not incorporate in any video any sample of any copyrighted materials from films, television shows, videos or any other copyrighted works. No changes or additions to the sound recording of the Track are authorized.
9. All visual elements embodied in each video must be fully cleared by the entrant for The Siren Tower's use as part of the competition and for any promotional use by the Siren Tower and its affiliates and licensees. Entrants must ensure that such use of their video as part of the competition and any use by The Siren Tower and its affiliates and licensees shall not infringe the rights of any third parties or any applicable law, regulation, code, order, direction or bye-law and entrants shall indemnify and keep the Siren Tower and its affiliates and licensees, its licensees and assigns fully indemnified from and against any claim, damage, loss (whether foreseeable or not), liability or cost including reasonable legal fees in respect thereof.
10. By entering the competition, entrants warrant and confirm that they grant (or waive as applicable) and have obtained all necessary rights, licences, consents and permissions from all persons rendering performances in relation to their video(s), including but not limited to consents from all persons whose performances are reproduced in the video(s) or otherwise in order that The Siren Tower and its affiliates and licensees may make the fullest use of the video(s). If any such consents, permissions or any clearances have not been properly and legally obtained, then the entrant, upon submitting the video(s), agrees to indemnify and keep the Siren Tower and its affiliates and licensees fully indemnified from and against any claim, damage, loss (whether foreseeable or not), liability or cost including reasonable legal fees arising out of any failure to obtain such consents.
11. Entrants will not reproduce or otherwise use, transmit, share, download, rip or exploit the Track other than for the purposes of the competition and in strict accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
12. Each entrant warrants, agrees and undertakes that he or she has no right, title or interest in any musical composition or lyrics or arrangement reproduced in the Track (or any portion thereof), and that they shall not assert or permit to be asserted any claim to any right, title or interest in any such musical composition or lyrics or arrangement (or any portion thereof).
13. By entering the competition, entrants agree that The Siren tower and its affiliates and licensees shall have the exclusive right to use the video(s) for promotional purposes, in perpetuity throughout the world and in any and all media for no payment or other compensation whatsoever other than as contained herein.
14. By entering the competition, entrants agree that The Siren Tower and its affiliates and licensees shall have the full right and power to edit, translate, dub or alter the entries in any way it sees fit in its sole discretion.
15. By entering the competition, entrants agree that if an entry does not comply with the technical, artistic or legal specifications set out herein or if The Siren Tower in its sole discretion requires, the Siren Tower shall be within their rights to disqualify any such entries. Further, that The Siren Tower and its affiliates and licensees shall have no obligation to provide explanations as to why an entry was disqualified.
16. By entering the competition, entrants agree that neither that The Siren Tower and its affiliates and licensees shall be under any obligation to exploit, distribute and/or exhibit any video(s) and the entrants shall have no claim against The Siren Tower and its affiliates and licensees in this regard.
17. The Winner will have provided a video(s) in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. The winner will be the Entrant who submits the best video, as determined by The Siren Tower and their affiliates in their absolute discretion.
18. The Winner will be selected during the week leading up to the 16th of April, 2012.
19. The prizes are as set out on the Site.
20. The appearance of any video(s) entry on a future release by The Siren Tower is subject to The Siren Tower's discretion. If any video appears in any future release no payments or other compensation whatsoever will be payable to the winner or any entrant (or other third party) in respect of that video other than as set out on the Site or herein.
21. The Winner will be notified by the email supplied upon entry within seven (7) working days of the winner being selected.
22. In the event that The Siren Tower cannot for any reason contact any winner by midnight two working days after the above notification dates, The Siren Tower reserves the right in its discretion to draw another winner or to determine that there shall be no winner.
23. The Siren Tower's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
24. The Siren Tower reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that The Siren Tower has reasonable grounds for believing that a selected winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions of entry.
25. The winner may be required to provide a written acknowledgement of acceptance of all Terms and Conditions of the competition prior to receiving their prize.
26. The Siren Tower can accept no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or undelivered. Incomplete and/or illegible entries will be disqualified. The Siren Tower shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, websites, Internet access or otherwise, preventing entry to the competition.
27. The prizes are as stated and are non-transferable. If due to circumstances beyond The Siren Tower's control The Siren Tower is unable to provide a stated prize, The Siren Tower reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equal value.
28. No purchase necessary.
29. By entering the competition, entrants acknowledge that they may be required to be used in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include without limitation the entrant's video, and their name and/or likeness, voice, photographs and/or video footage of the entrant, biographical information provided by the entrants/winners and/or any statement made by them concerning the competition and/or the prizes. Entrants agree that any or all such elements may be used by The Siren Tower and its licensees in any and all media in perpetuity throughout the world as The Siren Tower and its licensees in their sole discretion see fit but The Siren Tower and its licensees shall have no obligation to include an entrant in any publicity whatsoever.
30. The Siren Tower and its licensees shall not be liable to the winners and/or their guests for any loss or damage howsoever caused (whether in contract, tort or statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the competition and/or prize and the video submitted by such winners and/or their guests. This exclusion does not apply to damages based on personal injury or death nor to any other damages caused by gross negligence or intent of The Siren Tower and/or its legal agents and/or its servants. By entering the competition, entrants waive to the full extent permissible by law, any and claims that they may have against The Siren Tower and its licensees.
31. The Siren Tower and its licensees shall not be liable for any delay in performing or partial or total failure to perform any of its obligations to the winners and/or their guests under these competition Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including without limitation delays, changes, disruptions, cancellations, diversions or substitutions howsoever caused, including without limitation, as a result of war, terrorist action or threatened terrorist action, strikes, hostilities, civil commotions, accidents, fire, flood or natural catastrophes or arising, without limitation, out of or in connection with the activities of third party event organisers; For the avoidance of doubt, the affected winners and/or any guests shall be solely liable for any additional costs incurred as a result.
32. The competition result will be available on the Siren Tower's Facebook page from Monday, April 16, 2012. A list of winners will be available by sending an email to
thesirentower@live.com with the message text of: "Please send me the Siren Tower video comp result". Please note that by submitting an entry, you are deemed to have agreed that if picked as a winner your name may be disclosed to any third party, by The Siren Tower, when providing a list of the name of the winner where requested.
33. Any personal information, including without limitation, the entrant's age, address (including postcode), telephone number and/or email address will be used solely in connection with this competition and as set out in these Terms and Conditions and will not be disclosed to any third party, except for the purpose of fulfilling the prizes where applicable and providing a list of the names of the winners. Any personal information held by The Siren Tower in respect of any competition will be held on record for a short period for the purpose of ensuring fulfilment of the competition and then destroyed.
34. All entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which may be amended or varied at any time by The Siren Tower on notice.
35. These competition Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and the courts of Australia shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising there from.
