HOW TO QUALIFY FOR A CHANCE TO WIN A 4WD
Any member of the public who purchases a set of 4 Drivetech 4x4 Enduro Shock Absorbers from any Drivetech stockist or via their mechanic between 1st January 2012 to 31st July 2012 shall qualify for an entry into the draw.CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents
18 years and over, who purchase a set of Drivetech 4X4 Enduro Shock Absorbers from either a participating stockist or mechanic during the promotional period. Stockists and mechanics automatically qualify for entry into the advertising prize draws as part of these conditions.
3. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries/claims and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
4. Promotion commences 1st January 2012 and
closes 5pm AEST on 31st July 2012.
5. The promotion is conducted nationally through participating stockists and mechanics and promoted in the 4x4 Australia Magazine monthly from December 2011 for the duration of the promotion.
6. Qualifying participants must register online to go into the draw to win a 4WD vehicle. Proof of purchase documentation is required when registering for the prize draw. By registering purchase details online, this registration automatically puts the stockist and mechanic into the draw for a chance to win an advertising package.
7. All qualifying entries will be entered into a manual prize draw, to be drawn by hand at Origination CRM, 9 Birkenhead St, North Fitzroy, Victoria on Wednesday 15th August 2012 at 11am.
8. Winners will be notified by phone by Friday 17th August 2012 and notified in writing by mail by 25th August 2012. Winners' details will be published in The Australian newspaper on Saturday 25th August 2012.

One 4WD vehicle to be won. The 4WD vehicle will be a second hand vehicle with recorded mileage, incorporating a rebuilt drivetrain and suspension using Drivetech 4x4 products, valued at up to $36,000 including GST. Car make 03/2007 Toyota Hilux SR5 Dual Cab, manual 3.0LT.10. Change of ownership documentation and costs for obtaining a Roadworthy certificate will be provided by Motospecs. A Roadworthy certificate will be provided to the winner at handover of the vehicle. The Toyota Hilux will have it's car registration paid up to and including 29th December 2012.
11. Any ongoing vehicle registration after 29/12/12 will be the responsibility of the winner. Car insurances, warranties, servicing and any other vehicle related costs will be the responsibility of the winner after handover of the vehicle.
12. 4WD winner must meet the following criteria:
Winner must present their proof of purchase to qualify their entry.
Winner must be 18 years of age and hold a current minimum P Plate licence.13. In the event of any unclaimed prizes, a second chance prize draw will be conducted. Winners will be drawn randomly from all qualifying entries. The promoter may conduct such further draws at Origination CRM, 9 Birkenhead St, North Fitzroy, Victoria on 11 January 2013 at 11am for any unclaimed prizes subject to any directions given by any gambling authority in Australia. The winner of any unclaimed prize will be notified by phone and mail by 25 January 2013. Second chance draw winners' details will be published in The Australian newspaper on Saturday 2nd February 2013.
14. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to enter this promotion.
15. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
16. 4WD vehicle and advertising packages will be distributed via Motospecs.
17. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these conditions of entry all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
18. The Promoter and its associated agencies will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of receiving, taking and using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. The promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
