Games of Chance '5 Seeds, Not as Sweet as you think Competition'
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

select the "Not as Sweet" tab of the 5 Seeds Facebook page;
select how many "Not as Sweet as You Think" scenarios appear in the TV commercial that is housed within the Facebook tab; follow the other entry instructions in the "Not as Sweet" tab;
complete the entry form, including by providing your first and last name, email address and suburb;
click to accept the Terms & Conditions; and
submit the entry form during the Promotional Period.
Limit applies of one entry per person per day. All entrants who attempt to select the correct number of "Not as Sweet as You Think" scenarios that appear in the TV commercial will be entered into one of four weekly minor prize draws, according to the date on which their entry was submitted. Every entrant who selects the correct number of scenarios will also be entered into the major prize draw.
The promotion commences at 10.00 EST on 27/01/12 and
closes at 17:00 EDT on 24/02/2012 (“Promotional Period”).
The four weekly minor prize draws will take place at 11:00EDT on 3/2/12, 10/02/12, 17/02/12 and 24/02/12. The major prize draw will take place at 11.00EDT on 27/02/12 at Suite 2, Level 2, 2-12 Foveaux Street, Surry Hills, 2010, Sydney, NSW, Australia. Only entries submitted during the Promotional Period will be submitted into the prize draw. The first five (5) valid entries drawn at each minor prize draw will receive a minor prize. Twenty (20) minor prizes will be awarded in total. The first two valid entries drawn at the major prize draw will receive a major prize. Two (2) major prizes will be awarded in total. Minor prize consists of Mini Speakers suitable for use with an iPod RRP$30. Major prize consists of a cheque for $1,000. Total RRP value of prize pool = $2600 All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the relevant draw. Winners' names (and South Australian winners' names and suburbs) will be published in The Australian newspaper on 2/03/12.
If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 27/05/12 at the same time and place as the original draws in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. Winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw. Winners' names (and South Australian winners' names and suburbs) will be published in The Australian newspaper on 11/06/12.
Prizes are not transferable. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value subject to any written directions from the lottery authorities.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize, except to the extent any loss, damage or injury is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or which otherwise cannot be excluded by law.
Each entrant acknowledges that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, and to the extent permitted by law, releases Facebook from any and all liability in relation to this promotion.
Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic beverage prize if it would breach any relevant laws, codes or policies including those of the relevant liquor licensee relating to the responsible service of alcohol.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant.
