By entering the "Promotion", you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1 STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2 WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to
all permanent residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Employees, directors and management of the Promoter of the competition and the immediate families of these persons are ineligible to enter.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of News Ticketing (Foxtix and Moshtix) and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
3 HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Monday 13 February 2012 at 9:00 AEST and
concludes on Friday 9 March 2012 at 17:00 AEST - "the Competition Period". The time of entry will in each case be the time the entry is received by the website database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries not received by the Promoter or delays in delivery due to the technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
3.2 The competition will run for 20 working days (Monday to Friday not including Saturday or Sunday) and there will be
one winner for each day of the competition period Monday 13 February to Friday 9 March 2012. A total of 40 winners.3.3 In order to enter the competition entrants must ‘like’ the Foxtix Facebook page

tell us in 25 words or less what your perfect night would be to the corresponding image location of the day. A new competition image will be uploaded on the competition page by 9am every day for the competition period.
3.4 By providing your name, email address, state, gender and DOB you are automatically opting-in to the Foxtix Foxguide, our regular email newsletter and any special offers and announcements by Foxtix. The Foxtix Privacy policy can be located at

3.5 Entrants in the competition may only enter once per day during the course of the promotion.
3.6 The time of entry will in each case be the time received by the Promoter’s online competition server.
3.7 The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
3.8 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude entries which are in breach of any law including copyright infringement. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.
4 PRIZES
4.1 Entrants will have the opportunity to win one of 20 x $100 Webjet vouchers & one of 20 x $50 Webjet vouchers per day for the duration of the competition period. Total prize value $3000.
4.2 The use of the Webjet vouchers is in accordance with Webjet’s terms and conditions of use. For Webjet’s full terms and conditions of use please refer to their website -

1) By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Voucher, you accept and agree to be bound by these Webjet Voucher Terms and Conditions, and also the Webjet general websiteTerms and Conditions

2) Vouchers may be redeemed at
www.webjet.com.au.
3) Vouchers will take 24 hours to activate, and will not be redeemable for 24 hours after purchase.
4) Voucher amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD) and can be redeemed in Australian Dollars only.
5) Vouchers and unused portions of vouchers should be spent within 12 months from the date of purchase, which is the "expiry" date indicated on the voucher.
6) Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable.
7) Webjet Vouchers are partially redeemable. Any unused balance must be utilised by the end of the validity period. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited after the voucher expires.
Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's voucher account and is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.
9) Where the cost of purchase exceeds the available voucher balance, the voucher holder will be required to make up the difference between the purchase price and voucher balance.
10) Webjet vouchers may be purchased using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal.
11) Vouchers are redeemable for bookings that contain flights or hotels. Vouchers can also be used for hotel bookings or flight bookings that include hotels, travel insurance and car hire. However only the amount payable at the time of booking can be redeemed with a Webjet Gift Voucher. Where a booking contains a hotel or car hire, a credit card must be provided to secure the booking(s).
12) Webjet reserves the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained voucher is redeemed through the Webjet web site.
13) Webjet disclaims responsibility for any lost or stolen vouchers. The voucher holder is responsible for the use and safety of the Voucher and is liable for all transactions on the Voucher.
14) To the extent permitted by law, Webjet reserves the right to change any terms contained in these Voucher Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes to the Voucher Terms and Conditions will be published on
www.webjet.com.au.
4.3 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
4.4 The winner has 4 weeks from notification of being a winner to claim the prize.
4.5 All prizes will be distributed between the end of the competition period 9 March 2012 and the 25 March 2012.
4.6 If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to relevant law.
4.7 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.
4.8 Once prizes have left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed, lost in transit, or any other misplaced prizes which are not as a result of the Promoter.
4.9 Any unclaimed prizes will be redrawn to competition entrants on 13 April 2012.
5 HOW TO WIN
5.1 Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with clause 3 will be entered into the competition.
5.2 Judging will take place at News Ticketing, 175 Liverpool St Sydney NSW in accordance with the promotional period outlined below.

5.3 This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity. The best entry/s as determined by the judges, will win a prize.
5.4 The criteria for judging will be based on the most creative and original response to ‘what your perfect night would be to the corresponding image location of the day?’
5.5 The winners will be announced on the Tuesday of the following week of entry. The winner will be notified by email within 3 days of judging. Their names and winning entries may be published on the Foxtix Facebook and Twitter pages.
5.6 The Promoter's decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.7 The Promoter will not be held accountable if a winning entrant’s contact details are not accurate or have changed at the time of the draw. The entrant will be deemed invalid and no longer eligible for entry to the competition.
6 NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter's ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to relevant law.
6.2 News Ticketing (Foxtix and Moshtix) and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
During the draw;
Whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the draw; or
In the participation in any prize;
As a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
Due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
In relation to failure of an online entry to be received by the promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;
Due to circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
6.3 News Ticketing (Foxtix and Moshtix) and its affiliates assume no responsibility for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
6.4 If, for any reason, this competition is not capable of being conducted as planned, including, but not limited, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to relevant law.
6.5 All entries become the property of News Ticketing Pty Limited (Foxtix and Moshtix). News Ticketing collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion. News Ticketing is committed to maintaining your privacy
6.6 Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter.
6.7 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to News Ticketing (Foxtix and Moshtix) and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for the purposes as disclosed in the above terms and conditions.
