Information on how to enter forms part of the conditions of entry. The competition is open to Australian residents only. Employees of Express Publications Pty Limited ACN 057 807 904 (“Express”), Allied Wheels Pty Ltd ACN 113 006 045 (“Allied”) and their subsidiaries and families are not eligible to enter. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
There will be 13 competitions. There will be four winners for competition 1 and one winner for each other competition. Entering one competition makes you eligible to win in succeeding competitions. To be eligible to enter you must submit a jpeg photo of your 4WD vehicle and answer the question on the entry form.

If a winner is not present when chosen they will be notified by phone and mail. The winner will be decided by a panel appointed by 4WD Action magazine. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity and originality. The prize is 4 (‘set”) wheel rims from Allied for a 4WD drive vehicle.
The winners are able to choose a set of wheel rims from the Allied catalogue and is subject to availability. In the event that the first choice is not available then a winner is are able to choose the next available set of wheel rims. The total prize value is worth between approximately $1,200.00 - $1,500.00 for each prize.
The total prize value is approximately $ 20,400.00 and $ 25,500.00.The prize value is subject to change after printing. Express will contact the winners and request the winner to nominate a wheel fitter in their area. Allied will then organise and deliver the prize to the winner’s nominated wheel fitter.
The winner must pay for the costs of fitting the wheel rims. This competition is for a set of wheel rims only and does not include fitting the wheel rims on the vehicle nor does it include fitting tyres on the vehicle. The prize is conditional upon the winner fitting the wheel rims to the vehicle’s tyres as shown in their entry photograph. Express or Allied will not pay for any other costs associated with the prize unless specifically stated in these Terms and Conditions.
The winners must make themselves available for a custom shoot of their vehicle, if requested by Express, for at least 3 months after having received the prize. A winner’s vehicle with the prize fitted may then appear in the 4WD Action magazine and used by Express or Allied for marketing purposes without remuneration to the winner.
Express reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with or manipulates the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the discretion of Express. Failure by Express to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Express reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Express and Allied (including their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, any negligent misstatement or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, including but not limited to arising in any way out of or in connection with the competition, including but not limited to (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Express’s or Allied’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late or altered due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Express; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (g) the winner accepting the prize; (h) participation in the competition as either an entrant or a winner; (i) any loss or damage sustained by the winner in connection with the prize (k) the unavailability of any wheel rim.
Entry forms submitted will not be returned to the entrants. By entering the competition you consent to Express reproducing and publishing in whole or part throughout the world your statement which you provided to us on the entry form which we may use in all media formats including print, electronic or any other publishing medium.
