Promotion commences 22 Feb 2012 and entries close at 5pm local time on 31 Mar 2012, and the draw date is on 8th of Apr 2012.
Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents who are members of the Selleys DIY Club. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
You enter the promotion by writing 25 words or less “what ‘challenges’ have been thrown at your walls ?”.
Entries are limited to one per household.
All valid entries received prior to the close of the promotion will be individually judged by promotion judge(s) appointed by the Promoter. to be held at Selleys, 1 Gow Street, Padstow NSW 2211 on 8th Apr 2012.
The 2 best entries in Australia will win a Selleys Radio. The best entry in New Zealand will also win a Selleys Radio.
All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion Question (without attribution) on the Selleys Website and the editing of the answer prior to publication without consultation.
The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.
The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use personal information for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the entrant. The Promoter may provide personal information relating to entrants to organisations that assist the Promoter with promotional, marketing and publicity activities. An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.
