WIN A CAMRY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Instructions on how to apply for the WIN A CAMRY promotion form part of these conditions of entry. By taking part in this promotion participants agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions.
2. The promotion commences at 9.00am on Monday the 6th February 2012
and closes at 5:00 pm on Sunday the 4th March 2012. (“Promotion Period”)3.
To enter the promotion you must visit a Bridgestone Select, Bridgestone Tyre Centre or Bridgestone Service Centre and purchase a minimum of 2 selected Bridgestone or Firestone branded tyres in one transaction. Only one entry per person is permitted.4. All Bridgestone and Firestone branded passenger, 4WD and light truck tyres are included in the promotion.
5. The promotion applies only to the purchase of tyres described in Clause 4 above, in one retail transaction during the “Promotion Period”.
6. This promotion excludes all other tyres manufactured or sold by Bridgestone.
7. Subsidiary companies, retailers and agencies of Bridgestone Australia Ltd, are ineligible for the Bridgestone Win a Camry promotion. Government, wholesale and fleet customers of Bridgestone Australia Ltd. are ineligible for the Win a Camry Promotion.

This entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees and immediate families of the promoter, associated companies and agencies and participating outlets.

Total prize value is $82,193.48 as at 13 January 2012 and includes 2 prizes, each prize including one Toyota Camry Hybrid, automatic valued at $41,096.74 which includes on road costs such as, 12 months registration, 12 months compulsory third party insurance (CTP), dealer delivery charge, stamp duty and metallic paint (where applicable). Any change of the value of the prize occurring between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed will be additional and is not the responsibility of the Promoter.10. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of that prize.
11. The Prize winners must hold a current Australian driver’s license otherwise the car will be registered in the name of a parent/guardian or nominated name by the prize winner on the winner’s behalf. The Promoter and sponsor take no responsibility for petrol, comprehensive insurance, health, transport, body, paint or mechanical damage, or any other costs or damages, from date of delivery. The winner will be responsible for any expenses incurred in getting to and from an Australian capital city and for collecting the vehicle from the nominated Toyota dealer. The prize value includes on-road costs.
12. By entering the competition, and by collecting a prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses. The winner, for themselves and their executors, releases the Promoter, its agents, officers and employees, from any and all legal claims in connection with any death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses arising from or connected with the collection or enjoyment of the prize. Where the prize involves driving or travel, all winners under 18 years old must be accompanied by their legal guardian at all times. Before being eligible to collect a prize, all winners must provide to the Promoter proof of identity, and if the winner is under 18 years old, the full name, address and telephone number of the winner’s legal guardian. Before any winner is eligible to collect a prize, the guardian will be required to sign a release in terms of the release given by the winner above. The release will also require the winner’s guardian to accept responsibility for the acts and forbearances of the winner. Failure to provide such proof, particulars or releases will immediately invalidate the winner’s entitlement to the prize, subject to state legislation. All entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter. Parent or guardian may be called to verify consent and be required to sign a release at the discretion of the Promoter.
13. The draw will occur at Bridgestone Australia Ltd. 196 Greenhill Road, Eastwood, SA 5063 on 13 March 2012 at 2:00pm. Two (2) entries will be drawn out of all the valid entries received.
14. The winners will be contacted by phone and in writing no later than 16 March 2012. The name of the prize winners will be published in the Australian newspaper on 16 March 2012. If any prize is not claimed by close of business on 16 June 2012, a redraw will occur on 18 June 2012 at 2pm at Bridgestone Australia Ltd 196 Greenhill Road, Eastwood, SA 5063. The winners will be contacted by phone and in writing no later than 22 June 2012. The name of the prize winners will be published in the Australian newspaper on 22 June 2012. The decision of Bridgestone Australia Ltd will be final. If the winner does not accept the prize within the time stipulated by the Promoter then that prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
The Promoter does not guarantee that the winner will enjoy the prize or be suited to that type of prize that is offered.
15. Prizes are subject to availability and not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

17. A valid phone number and street address must be provided for ease of correspondence. The Promoter makes all reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the information provided by the Entrants. Entrants should take care to provide all relevant details when submitting their original entry.

The Promoter, Bridgestone Australia Ltd and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur during the draw; whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the draw; in the participation in any prize; as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail; due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person; in relation to failure of an SMS entry message to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems
or traffic congestion; or in relation to failure of an entry to be received on the website on account of technical problems or traffic congestion; arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this promotion; arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
19. You should expect to receive your prize no later than 28 days after the draw.
20. The promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this Win a Camry promotion (including customer eligibility for the offer and verification of proof of purchase) is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
