The competition is open to Australian residents only. Employees of Express Publications Pty Limited ACN 057 807 904 (“Express”), Horn Australia Pty Ltd ACN 007 860 077 (“Horn”) and their subsidiaries and families are not eligible to enter.
Participants are restricted to one entry only. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. The competition commences 9am 3 February 2012 and closes last mail at midnight 25 March 2012. The winner will be chosen at 50 Silverwater Road, Silverwater NSW 2128 at 4pm on 27 March 2012 after the competition ends. There will be one winner and they will be notified by phone and mail. The winner will be decided by a panel appointed by Living + Lifestyle magazine. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity and originality.
The prize consists of an unassembled Horn Sovereign MKII Sewing Cabinet. The sewing machine and accessories pictured are not included. Specifications may change without notice. The sewing machine cabinet will be supplied as RTA (Ready to Assemble) and assembly costs are not included with the prize. In the event that you assemble the sewing cabinet you will need to use a rubber hammer, screwdriver and a drill can also be used. The sewing cabinet comes with a detailed manual and the pieces are individually labeled. Horn Australia can assemble the sewing cabinet at an additional cost to the winner. If you would like Horn to assemble the sewing cabinet contact Horn directly on (08) 8209 2800. The prize value is worth $1,099.00. The prize value is subject to change after printing. The promoter is Express Publications Pty Limited, 2 Stanley Street, Silverwater NSW 2128 (02) 9741 3800. Express Publications will organise with the winner how to collect the prize. The prize will be delivered to the nearest Horn authorized distributor for the winner to pick up (check the website for locations
www.horn.com.au.). In the event that there is no Horn authorized distributor in your area then contact Horn and they will organise for delivery of the prize to the winner. Express will pay for these delivery costs. No home deliveries will be available for inner and outer Metropolitan areas.
