Life’s Little Luxuries Promotion
This competition (the “PROMOTION”) is conducted by MFAA Pty Limited (“ABBREVIATION”) ABN: 62006085552 of Suite 12, 40 Yeo Street, Neutral Bay, NSW 2089 (the “PROMOTER”).
“PRIZE” consists of one cash prize for the value of one thousand five hundred dollar. The Promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
Entrance to the Promotion requires the electronic contact form to be completed and the question to be answered
("SPECIFIC ‘25 WORDS OR LESS’ QUESTION"). The answer will be judged on 50% creativity and 50% communication. The decision of the Judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entry to the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take the Prize if they are a winner.
All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
ALL entrants
must be 18 years of age or over and hold a registered Facebook account and adhere to the Facebook platform terms and conditions correctly. The Promotion is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and immediate families of MFAA and their associated members and agents and the immediate families of such employees are not eligible to enter the competition.
The Promotion commences at 12:00AM (EST) on 05/03/2012, and
ends at 11:59 PM (EST) on 15/04/2012.
A valid entry must not, without limitation:
Be late;
Be delayed;
Be incomplete;
Be incomprehensible;
Be unlawful;
Be obscene;
Be defamatory;
Be libellous;
Be threatening;
Be pornographic;
Be harassing;
Be hateful;
Be racially or ethnically offensive;
Encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence;
Violate any law; and/or
Give rise to any civil liability for the Promoter or Facebook.
Only one entry per person permitted.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The judging will take place on 17/04/2012 at Suite 12, 40 Yeo Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089.
The winners will be contacted by email by 19/04/2012.
If a winner is unable to be contacted or does not claim their prize within 30 days of judging, the prize will be forfeited.
You must supply your correct contact details, and must enter those details correctly on the electronic entry form, in order for your entry to be valid.
Total prize pool value is RRP. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value or model number of the prizes.
The decision by entrants to grant or withhold their consent in relation to the use of their information for marketing purposes will not affect the selection of the winners.
MFAA reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
MFAA reserves the right to close the competition earlier than advertised and winners will be drawn from entries received to that time

By entering, you understand that any personally identifiable information you provide in connection with the Promotion you are providing to MFAA and not to Facebook.
