2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion.
3. Entries close 5pm 30 March 2012. Eligible entries MUST be completed in full. Only one entry per person permitted. Entries must be entered online and include a valid email address. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on originality, literary and creative merits. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries will be judged by a panel of experts from Icon Films on Monday April 2 2012.
4. The entry judged most deserving, as determined by the judges, will win a stack of prizes up to the height of 2 (two) metres. This will include DVDs of TT: Closer To The Edge, Shark Night,The Tree of Life, Red, Tucker and Dale vs Evil, La Vie en Rose, 13 Assassins, The Butterfly Effect, Crash, Let Me In, and Transporter 3. Preference for DVDs or Blu-rays will be negotiatyed between Icon and the winner.
5. The promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of the competition. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in these competitions.
6. Winners will be notified by telephone OR e-mail within one week of the judges decision.
