Terms & Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and the Prize forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. By entering, registering or participating in this Competition, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Promoter on all matters relating to this Competition are final and complete.
2. The Coupon Magazine employees, contractors, agents (including agencies associated with this Competition) and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Entrants can only enter in their own name and entry is limited to one entry per individual.
3. The Competition will be open from 11th January 2012 at 00:01 EST and concludes on Friday 27th April 2012 at 11:59pm EST.
4. A total of 6 prizes are on offer, with each prize consisting of a Gold Coast Holiday for 2 people accommodation only. There will be one prize winner drawn in each of the Negotiator Magazines six distribution areas for a total of six prizes. The winners will be published in the first issue of each of the Negotiator Magazines after the competition draw on the 30th April 2012.
5. Each individual prize is valued at $299 and each winner is responsible for their own transport to the accommodation on the Gold Coast. The accommodation is provided by Queensland Gold Coast Holidays. Winners will be required to notify the accommodation provider of the dates they wish to use to claim their prize and must give at least three weeks clear notice.
The provider reserves the right to set aside blackout dates for peak holiday periods.
6. The accommodation provided is to be 5 nights for 2 adults in self contained units, with linen and cooking utensils provided.Accomodation is subject to availability. The accommodation provider will allocate the winners of accommodation on the Gold Coast QLD.Upgrades are available at the winners expense, at prices to be negotiated by the winners, if required.
Winners’ vouchers will be valid for 4 months or till the end of August 2012.
7. To enter the Competition, entrants are required to register their details on
www.nmags.com or the Negotiator Magazine website. The Negotiator Magazine reserves the right to use these details to notify entrants of future upcoming magazine specials. Mail entries, only on the printed entry form in the Negotiator Magazine, will also be accepted until close of business on 25th August 2012 to P.O.Box 6209 Hammondville NSW 2170.*Photocopies will not be accepted*.
Entrant details will not be on sold.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
10. The Prize draw will take place at 17 Hovea Court Voyager Point 2172 on Monday 30th April 2012. The winner will be notified by telephone, mail or email and the winner’s details will be published on
www.nmags.com and in the following printed Negotiator Magazines.
11. Each prize will be drawn at random by a Company Director, with two observers.
Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed ineligible and disregarded.
12. The Coupon Magazine Group reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
13. Winners agree to be photographed being presented with their prize and further agree to their photograph being used in future Negotiator Magazines for promotional purposes.
14. Should any prize remain unclaimed after three months following the draw, an unclaimed prize draw will take place on the 30th July 2012 at 17 Hovea Court Voyager Point 2172. The winner will be notified by telephone, mail or email and the winner’s details will be published in the next editions of the Negotiator Magazines and also on
www.nmags.com . Any redraw winner is subject to the same terms and conditions as any initial draw winner. The conditions for the holiday will then be extended for the next four months only and must be used before the end of November 2012.
15. If any prize remains unclaimed after the expiration of three months following the unclaimed prize draw, such unclaimed prize will remain the property of the Promoter.
16. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.
17. If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running accordingly (Which could included the following, data, tampering, unauthorized intervention, lost email fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition) the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition if necessary.
18. To the extent permitted by law, each entrant and the Prize winner irrevocably waives all rights against the Promoter, its employees, servants, agents, independent contractors or representatives (together, the ‘Indemnified Persons’) and release and discharge the Indemnified Persons from all claims, liability, costs, expenses, damages or losses (whether direct, indirect or consequential and whether arising under statute, from negligence, personal injury, death, property damage or otherwise) arising from or in connection with the Competition or the Prize. These terms do not limit or exclude liability to the extent that liability cannot, by law, be limited or excluded.
19. All entries become the property of the Coupon Magazine Group P/L. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Competition. If the requested personal information is not provided as part of an entry, the Promoter will not be able to include the entry in the Prize draw.
20. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Competition or communicating with entrants.
21. The winner’s name and photo may be published as required under the relevant legislation. A copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy may be found on at
www.nmags.com 22. By providing information about yourself to the Coupon Magazine Group PTY LTD, The Coupon Magazine group will use these details to provide you with information relating to the products and services of The Coupon Magazine Group Pty Ltd.
