Eligibility Requirements and the Promotional Period
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation
in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Employees
(and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are
ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto
spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent,
step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st
cousin.
3. Promotion commences on 13/02/2012 at 12:01am AEDST and closes at 5.00pm AEDST on
05/04/2012 (“Promotional Period”).
Entry and Registration Instructions and Limitations
4. To register for the promotion and receive an entry, individuals must visit
www.stretchoutsunshinecoast.com.au and follow the competition links and instructions to
complete the online entry form in full, including:
• Register details including full name; address; post code; email address and contact phone
number
• Answer in 25 words or less “Where is your favourite place to stretch out on the Sunshine
Coast and why?”
5. All entries must be received by 5.00pm (AEDST) on 5 April 2012. The time of entry will be the time
the online entry is received by the promotional database. The promoter accepts no responsibility
for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or technical
difficulties associated with the online entry system used for this promotion, whether caused by
website users, any equipment or programming associated with or utilised for this promotion or
any technical error that may arise in the course of running the promotion. The Promoter and its
associated agencies and contractors accept no responsibility for any error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure,
theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
6. All costs of accessing the Promoter’s website are the entrant’s responsibility and will depend on
the Internet service provider used.
7. All registrations must be made and entries submitted in accordance with registration/entry
instructions and these Terms and Conditions.
8. The following limitations are applicable to registrations for the promotion:
• There is a strict limit of one (1) entry per person; and
• All duplicate entries will be removed prior to the draw.
Draw Details
9. Five winners will be determined based on skill by a panel of judges (including representatives
from SUNSHINE COAST DESTINATION LIMITED & CHILLI DESIGN) at SUNSHINE COAST
DESTINATION LIMITED on Friday 14th April 2012 at 10.00am (EST) at SUNSHINE COAST
DESTINATION LIMITED, Terminal Building, Sunshine Coast Airport Marcoola Qld Australia 4564.
The winners will be ranked in order of merit, with the first winner given the right to select the prize
of their choice from the five available packages. Each subsequent winner in rank of order will

then select their preference from the remaining packages. An authorised SUNSHINE COAST
DESTINATION LIMITED representative will notify the winner by phone and email.
10. There will be five prizes packages available to win, one per winner. The value of the winning prizes
specified in these conditions of entry is accurate as at the commencement of this game of skill.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. Each prize package has to
be used simultaneously as one package and cannot be used as individual prizes at separate
times. Any dates the winners choose are subject to availability with each operator both for
accommodation, meals, limousine hire, attraction entry and longboard lessons. The five prize
packages include:
Package One:
• 2 nights accommodation in a Garden King room including hot buffet breakfast for two at
the Hyatt Regency Coolum. Valued at $610.00. Not valid on public holidays, subject to
availability valid 31.10.12.
• 3 nights’ accommodation in a 1 bedroom apartment at Outrigger Little Hastings Street
Resort & Spa, Noosa. Valued at $867.00. Voucher is valid until 31.10.2012.
Accommodation is subject to availability, not valid during School Holidays, Noosa Food
& Wine Festival or Noosa Triathlon. Accommodation is twin share.
• A degustation lunch for two people at Reserve Restaurant Maleny. Valued at $100.00
Valid to 31.10.12, subject to availability, terms & conditions may apply.
• A one hour stretch limousine coastal cruise, pick up from Hyatt Regency Coolum to
Noosa and return with Noosa VIP Limousines. Valued at $180.00. Valid until 31.10.12,
must book 7 days in advance, subject to availability.
• Long board lessons for two at Coolum Surf School. Valued at $100. Valid to 31.10.12, must
book 48hrs in advance, subject to availability and must present voucher at lesson.

• 2 nights accommodation in a Rainforest Cottage including breakfast at The Falls
Rainforest Cottages, Montville. Valued at $500.00. Available Monday – Thursday, valid to

• 2 nights’ accommodation in a 1 bedroom resort spa suite at Rumba Beach Resort,
Caloundra. Valued at $480.00. Valid until 31/10/12. Not valid during school holidays,
subject to availability.
• A 3 course dinner including wine for two people at La Dolce Vita Italian Ristaurante,
Caloundra. Valued at $180.00. Valid to 31.10.12, Advance booking essential and only valid
during redemption dates for the Rumba Beach Resort Accommodation prize.
• Two Seal Swims & Two Adult Entries at UnderWater World, Mooloolaba. Valued at
$226.00. Terms and conditions apply including age and medical restrictions. Bookings

be used by 31.10.12. Block out dates: school holidays 31.03.12 to 14.04.12 and 23.06.12 to
8.07.12 and public holidays long weekends: 5.05.12 to 7.05.12, 9.06.12 to 11.06.12.
• 2 nights accommodation at Beachside Resort Mooloolaba, including dinner at Portside

all day. Valued at $119.00. Valid for 2 Adults & 2 Children until 31.10.12. Not redeemable for
cash.

Valued at $50.00. Valid to 31.10.12, voucher is not redeemable for cash and can not be
used on public holidays.

Waters. Valued at $900.00. Valid to 31.10.12, subject to availability.

Valued at $570.00. Excludes school & public holidays, subject to availability valid 30.11.12.
• Free entry for up to 2 adults & 2 children to Aussie World with access to unlimited rides

11. The winner will be notified by telephone and email on 14 April 2012 and their names will be
published on the
www.stretchoutsunshinecoast.com.au website.
12. Prize is not redeemable for cash. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be
entered into.
13. If the prize remains unclaimed by not responding to communications from an authorised
SUNSHINE COAST DESTINATION LIMITED representative one month after the draw, the
promoter may conduct such further draws as necessary. The unclaimed prize will be award to the
next best answer determined based on skill by a panel of judges at SUNSHINE COAST
DESTINATION LIMITED from all remaining entries on 14th May 2012.
General
14. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and, entrants and to
disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the
Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not
constitute a waiver of those rights.
15. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
16. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
17. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
18. All entries become the property of SUNSHINE COAST DESTINATION LIMITED. The entries may
be used by SUNSHINE DESTINATION LIMITED for future promotional, marketing and publicity
purposes unless otherwise stated by the entrant.
19. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event
they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an
unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including
any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the
Promoter.

20. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably
anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not
limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b)
subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or
cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
21. The use of any automated entry or referral/sharing software or any other mechanical or
electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter or send, refer, share, post or
publish a promotional message/email/tweet repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries
submitted by that entrant invalid.
22. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or
modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer
Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection
laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any
liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter
(including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including
negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity);
whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
23. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees,
the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and
excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage
(including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any
way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the
Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or
prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by
the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation
in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a
winner or entrant; or (f) use of or taking of a prize.
24. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this
purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents,
contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory
authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite
period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity,
research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the
entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the
Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
