"The Make IT Count SMB Promotion" (hereby referred to as "Promotion") is organised by CBS Interactive Pty Ltd

Draw 5: 1 winning entry will receive $10,000.00 AUD cash (referred to as 'Best Tip - Editors Choice Prize')
The total prize pool is $50,000.00 AUD.1. Eligibility
1.1 Information on how to enter this promotion and prize details forms part of these conditions of entry. Submitting a directory listing (irrespective of submitting a top tip or including a document with their listing) constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
1.2
This promotion is open to all small businesses registered in Australia or New Zealand with an employee size of between 1 and 499 Full time employees as at 1st January 2012. Winners may be requested to provide proof of Australian or New Zealand business registration.1.3
Each company is entitled to one entry into the promotion only.1.4
The individual ('Authorised Company Representative') submitting details relating to their company in order to enter the promotion, acknowledges that they are at least 18 years old, are an employee of that company and they have authority to submit information on the company's behalf.1.5 Affiliates and subsidiaries of the Promoter and the Sponsor are excluded from entry.
1.6 No purchase is required. Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
1.7 Entries containing non-valid or incomplete details will be disqualified at the discretion of the Promoter.

How to Enter2.1 Each company who successfully completes and submits the entry form to list that company in the directory on
www.make-it-count.com.au, irrespective of whether they upload a document to associate with their listing or submit a top tip, will be considered an entry and will be automatically entered in the draw for the Directory Listing Prize.
2.2 Entrants will also have the option to upload a document for inclusion within their directory listing that promotes their business - criteria set out at
www.make-it-count.com.au. Entrants who successfully upload a document will automatically be entered into the competition for the Best Uploaded Document - Editors Choice Prize and Best Uploaded Document - Most Voted Prize.
2.3 Entrants will also have the option to submit one or more cost savings tips (maximum of 200 words) for businesses. Upon successful submission of the initial cost saving tip the entry will automatically be entered into the competition for the Best Tip - Editors Choice Prize and Best Tip - Most Voted Prize. Each subsequent cost saving tip submitted successfully will count as one additional entry into the Best Tip - Most Voted Prize competition.
3. Selection of Winners
3.1 Directory Listing Prize
i. 1 winner will be drawn at random from entries that meet the eligibility criteria set out in clause 1, above.
ii. Competition will end on the 31st May
iii. The draw will take place at CBS Interactive, Lvl 12, 50 Goulburn Street, NSW, Australia on 11th June 2012.
iv. The winner will be notified by 31st June.

www.make-it-count.com.au3.2 Best Document - Most Voted & Best Tip - Most Voted
i. To be eligible for one of the two prizes in the "Most Voted" category, entrants must meet the eligibility criteria set out in clause 1, above.
ii. Visitors to
www.make-it.count.com.au will be able to vote for both their favourite individual documents and favourite tips submitted by eligible entrants as part of the promotion via a linkedin share button on the profile page.
iii. Entries must be submitted by 31st October 2012. Voting will commence on 27th February 2012 and close on 31st October 2012 and the document and top tip with the most votes will each win AU$10,000.
iv. The winner will be notified no later than 31st November 2012 and

www.make-it-count.com.au3.3 Best Document - Editors Choice & Best Tip - Editors Choice
i. To be eligible for one of the two prizes in the "Editors Choice" category, entrants must meet the eligibility criteria set out in clause 1, above.
ii. 1 winner for each prize in the "Editors Choice" will be selected from entries that best meet the criteria set out at
www.make-it-count.com.au iii. The winner will be decided by a panel consisting of 3 CBS Interactive Editors. Their decision will be final.
iv. The judging will take place on 17th September 2012. All entries must be submitted by 30th August 2012. The winner will be notified no later than 30th September 2012.

www.make-it-count.com.au3.4 All winners will be notified by the Promoter at the email associated with the winning entry
3.5 Each potential winner may be requested to provide the Promoter with proof that he/she is the Authorized Company Representative that corresponds to the winning entry
3.6 Any prize notification or prize returned to the Promoter as undeliverable will be forfeited.
3.7 The Promoter does not warrant the merchantability, suitability and/or fitness for purpose of any goods and/or services awarded as a prize.
4. Prize Fulfilment
4.1 A cheque will be posted to the business address unless an alternative method of payment have been agreed.
4.2 Cheques will be issued in the company name that has been provided in the winning entry.
4.3 Prizes are non-transferrable.
5. Release and Indemnity
5.1 To the extent permitted by law, all entrants release from and indemnify the Promoter against all liability (including negligence), cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prizes or participation in the Competition, including, but not limited to, loss of income, loss of opportunity and damage to property, including damage caused to any website or application of the Promoter, whether direct or indirect, special or consequential.
5.2 Any cost associated with accessing the Competition website for the purpose of entering or participating in the Competition is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the internet services provided by each entrant.
5.3 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and the Sponsor (including their officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including, without limitation, loss of opportunity, loss of income or damage to property) whether direct or indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of your participation in the Promotion.
5.4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Promotion.
5.5 Any tax liability arising out of any prize is the responsibility of each winner.
6. Ownership and Copyright
6.1 All entries become the property of Promoter.
6.2 Each entrant assigns to the Promoter all rights, title and interest, including copyright, to any material submitted for the task required, including, without limitation, reviews, comments, testimonials, recordings, videos, images and/or survey responses ("Material") unless the Promoter advises otherwise.
6.3 All Contestants agree not to assert any moral rights in respect of the Material against the Promoter, its assigns, licensees and successors in title.
6.4 The Promoter will have the right in its absolute discretion to use, reproduce, publish and display any or all of the Material submitted for any purposes including in any publication or media, electronic or otherwise, worldwide. All entrants will not be entitled to be paid any fee or compensation for the use of the Material.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or force majeure that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Promotion and to cancel, terminate, modify or postpone the Promotion until a later date.
8. Privacy
8.1 The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not want your information used in this manner, do not enter this Promotion.
8.2 Except where prohibited by law, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, city, likeness and entry in any manner by the Promoter, its designees and its advertising and promotion agencies without further compensation or notification. Acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner's consent to have his or her name and the company name associated with the winning entry released in a winner's list which may be made available to the public.
8.3 All entrants agree that the Promoter may use their personal information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
8.4 The entrant agrees that the email address supplied during the entry process may be used by the Promoter or the Sponsor to deliver electronic communications containing information regarding the promotion or relevant products and services.
8.5 All personal information supplied by entrants when entering the Competition will be used and disclosed by the Promoter in accordance with its Privacy Policy. A copy of Promoter's Privacy Policy in relation to the treatment of personal information collected may be accessed at

make-it-count@cbsi.com9. Judging Criteria - Editors Choice Prizes
9.1 Judges will award the 'best document' prize based on the following criteria:
i. Design (Is it visually appealing? Is it structured in a way that makes it easy to read the information? Does the design align with and represent the business and its offer to market?)
ii. Content (Is it clear and concise?, Are there spelling or grammatical errors? Does is clearly explain the business, products and services?)
iii. Creativity (How compelling is it?, Does it make you want to contact the business right now? Is there something that makes the reader stop and take notice?)
9.2 Judges will award the "Best Tip" prize based on the following criteria:
i. Benefit/Impact (Does it have financial, productivity, environmental or social benefit or multiple?, How much impact would it have on these factors?)
ii. Relevance (How widely could this be implemented - all businesses or jus a segment? How easy/hard would it be for businesses to implement?)
iii. Creativity/Innovation (Is it something that is widely known or something businesses may not have thought of?)
10. Jurisdiction
10.1 The terms of this promotion are governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales in the Commonwealth of Australia and each party hereby irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales.
11. General Terms
11.1 The Promoter may change the Promotion rules and will notify each entrant
