2.Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3.Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
4.The promotion is open to residents of Australia.
5.The promotion commences at 9.00am AEST on 19 March 2012 and closes at 3.00pm AEST on 26 March 2012.
6.There is no limit to the amount of entries per entrant.
7.To enter the prize draw, participants must visit the competition page at
www.wotif.com then enter their details: name, date of birth, email address, telephone number, region and sign up to the Wotif.com newsletter.
8.Participants will also be given the opportunity to forward the promotion to their own contacts. Each forward to a friend completed via the promotion website will provide the entrant with one extra entry into prize draw.
9.All valid entries will go into a random draw which will take place at 2.00pm AEST on 27 March 2012 at 7 Baroona Road, Milton Qld 4064. 14.The winner will be notified by email and phone within 2 days of the draw. The winner's details will also be published at
www.wotif.com on 27 March 2012 for a period of three months.
15.The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.
16.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
17.The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
18.The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
