The following terms and conditions apply for the Prime Radio NOOSA FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin Monday 19th March until Thursday 5th April 2012.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners are invited to listen for the cue to call on 4CA Cairns, 4MK Mackay or 4RO Rockhampton, when they hear it they must be the random caller through to enter the draw. They will then provide their contact details and be entered into the draw for the major prize.
3. PRIZE
The Major Prize is:
•Return flights for 2 people from Cairns, Mackay or Rockhampton Airport to Brisbane
•Transfers from Brisbane Airport to Noosa
•2 x Tickets to The 2012 Noosa Food & Wine Festival
•3 Nights Accommodation for 2 people at Culoga Point Resort Noosa
Prize must be taken on the dates of the Noosa Food & Wine Festival 2012, being the 17th – 20th May, 2012
The prize details stated above including specific dates of travel and accommodation details are subject to availability at the time of booking and may be replaced with a similar option if necessary. The prize details stated above are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Date changes are not allowed.
4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise. Prime Radio reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason.
5. NOTIFICATION
The winner will be notified by phone call on Tuesday 10th April 2012.
6. ENTRY CONDITIONS
Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.
If after winner’s announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.
Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter this promotion.
7. SELECTION OF WINNERS
One winner will be randomly selected from all valid and eligible entries on Thursday 5th April 2012 at 5pm.
