Hunter 8 Alliance Community Consultation Perceptions Survey
Terms & Conditions
Participants who have completed a Community Consultation Perceptions Survey either
online or as a mailed paper version between 10 February and 2 April 2012 and provide their
contact details will be entered into a draw to win a supermarket voucher (valued at AUD
$50).
1. The Promoter is the Hunter 8 Alliance (Hunter
of PO Box 19, Maitland NSW 2320.
2. Entry is open to all external stakeholders of the Hunter 8 project, except Hunter 8
employees.
3. Entrants must complete either a Hunter 8 online survey or a mailed paper survey and
provide their contact details in order to be eligible to enter the prize draw.
4. Participants must not complete the survey more than once.
5. The survey and associated prize draw commences at 12.00 midnight Australian
Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 10 February 2012 and closes at 12.00 midnight
AEST on 31 March 2012. One randomly selected respondent will be drawn on 2 April
2012 at Gardiner Street, Rutherford NSW 2320.
6. The prize is a supermarket voucher valued at AUD $50.
7. The prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.
8. Hunter 8 will not be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage to any prize after it
has been awarded.
9. Winners will be notified of how to collect their prize within 30 days of the competition
draw date, and Hunter 8 will make reasonable attempts to contact the prize winner by
email or phone.
10. The prize will be available for collection or delivery within 1 week of the draw date. If
the prize is unclaimed it will be kept for 2 months after the winner is drawn. If
unclaimed after that time another winner will be drawn.
11. Hunter 8's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
