TERMS AND CONDITIONS –
WIN A TOYOTA COROLLA COMPETITION

1. The competition is open to all current Australian residents who have been issued with a ClubLincraft card and those Australian residents who register as ClubLincraft member after the commencement of the competition (Member).
2. An Australian resident may become a Member by registering in a store, by phone 1300 740130 or online at
www.lincraft.com.au at no charge. Members are provided with a ClubLincraft card and membership number.
3. During the term of the competition, upon a purchase of any Toyota branded sewing machine in any Lincraft store or via the Lincraft website, and presentation of the Member’s Club card/membership number, the purchase of “a Toyota” branded sewing machine made by a Member will be recorded. Each Member will receive one entry into the competition for every “Toyota” branded sewing machine purchased during the promotion period. If the sewing machine is returned to Lincraft for a refund prior to the Draw date, or if applicable prior to the Re Draw date then the Member will no longer qualify for entry into this competition. If a sewing machine is purchased on lay-by the lay-by must be completed in full prior to the Finish date in order for the purchase to qualify.
4. Entries and purchases will be recorded via the Lincraft Point of Sale (P.O.S) system.

customers@lincraft.com.au or call Customer Service on 1300 730140
6. All entries shall become the property of the Promoter and no information as to the quantity of entries shall be provided to any Member. Entry details may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
7. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are ineligible to win the prize.
8. The competition commences at 9.00am AEST on Sunday 1st April 2012 and closes at 5.00pm AEST on Thursday 31st May 2012.
9. The electronic prize draw will take place at the Promoter’s head office at 60 Fulton Drive Derrimut 3030, Victoria at 1.00pm AEST on Friday 15th June 2012. The drawn result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winner will be notified where possible by telephone on the day of the draw, and in writing as far as practicable within two business days and no more than five business days after the date of the draw. The name of the winner will be published in “The Australian” newspaper on Friday 22nd June 2012 and on the internet at
www.lincraft.com.au.
11. The winner consents to their name, town/suburb of residence and a photo being published by the Promoter including on its internet site, as condition of acceptance of the prize. Further information will be published only with the permission of the winner.
12. If the prize is not claimed within 3 months of the draw date, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on Friday 28th September 2012 at 1.00pm AEST subject to relevant Regulations. The drawn result is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified where possible by telephone on the day of the unclaimed prize draw, and in
writing as far as practicable within two business days and no more than five business days after the date of the unclaimed prize draw. The name of the winner will be published in “The Australian” newspaper and on the internet at
www.lincraft.com.au on Friday 5th October 2012.
13. The first valid entry drawn will win a Toyota Corolla Ascent model vehicle valued at up to $25,000.00 (5 door hatch, automatic transmissions, 1.8L engine, 15” steel wheels, MP3 CD player, active braking with intelligence, driver and front passenger airbags, air conditioning, power steering, power front windows and exterior mirrors). Colour selection will be based on availability at time of selection. Also included in the prize is on road costs (registration and stamp duty), compulsory third party insurance and dealer delivery valued at up to $1,000 (price will vary from state to state) as well as a full tank of petrol. The total prize pool is valued at up to $25,000.00. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
14. The prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
15. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, subject to the approval of those authorities which have issued permits for the conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, including to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
16. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
17. The Promoter will take all necessary steps to ensure that entries are properly recorded and stored, but will accept no liability if an entry is not recorded or is lost. If a Club card/number is not produced at the time of purchase, an entry will not be granted after the time of purchase. If the P.O.S System fails or if the membership number is recorded incorrectly, every effort will be made to record the data not captured at the time of the purchase, where practical.
18. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained arising from or in connection with the competition, any omission to enter a person into the draw, acceptance of the prize or the prize itself, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. The Promoter collects and uses personal information in accordance with its privacy policy which is available at
www.lincraft.com.au.
